This hotel has a great location in wonderful Wengen, but the bedrooms are too small for the price
Pros:

Perfect location. The restaurant downstairs is lovely and the communal areas are really nice. We had interconnecting rooms for us and our kids which I always appreciate.

Cons:

We had interconnecting rooms and the double, which my husband and I slept in, is literally the smallest bedroom I have ever stayed in. My husband had to turn sideways to walk around it and we had to keep our suitcases on the balcony. For the price it was really too small.

A very comfortable hotel, very near the train station.
Pros:

Very close to train station. Very good breakfast. A big community playground is nearby. Front hall has free water station including sparking water; very refreshing in warm days.

Cons:

Not much to mention.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. We also enjoyed the restaurant, and the overall quality of furnishings and interiors feels premium.
Overall, we appreciated the service, the restaurant, and the convenient location. Our two-night stay was perfectly fine, but for a longer family trip we would probably choose a hotel that is more family-friendly.

Cons:

However, the hotel did not quite match our expectations based on the photos. In reality, it felt less impressive than we had anticipated.
We were also travelling with children and found that the hotel is not particularly family-friendly. For example, children are not allowed in the spa after 6 pm, which significantly limits the time families can enjoy the facilities together.
Breakfast was another disappointment for us. While the selection for adults was excellent, there were very few suitable options for young children. Despite this, we still had to pay CHF 20 per child.

Cons:

Our family room was very small, not like the picture show us at Booking.com. It was too small for 4 people staying 3 nights

An excellent hotel but not worth what was paid!
Pros:

Very convenient location, breakfast selection was good.

Cons:

Very expensive for what it was, small room with no air conditioning and the pool was unfortunately like a kids club.

what a magical stay here in Braunbar, loved the aesthetic of the place and the location was perfect
Pros:

breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices, well rounded meal, great staff attending to eating area, room cleaning service was excellent and not ever a problem, very polite staff

Cons:

my boyfriend is very much so an american in the sense that he needs his ice bucket. i think the ice bucket service could be handled a bit better. thats him though. i could care less.

Nice hotel excellent spa and huge pool,
Pros:

Spa was excellent , wonderful outdoor sauna and seating area, Breakfast was good however charging for poached eggs or an omelette was not well received.location was 2 minutes walk from the station, and room was fine with a balcony and mountain views.

Cons:

All other comparable hotels we stayed at offered fresh omelette with no extra charge.Also no prior warning that restaurant was fully booked, a heads up would of been good.

Slitent hotell med god beliggenhet.
Pros:

Beliggenheten.

Cons:

Røyken fra bålpanna var plagsom, også inne på rommet. Svært små rom, og lav takhøyde. Flotte bilder, men slitent hotell.
