Our family room was very small, not like the picture show us at Booking.com. It was too small for 4 people staying 3 nights

An excellent hotel but not worth what was paid!
Pros:

Very convenient location, breakfast selection was good.

Very expensive for what it was, small room with no air conditioning and the pool was unfortunately like a kids club.

what a magical stay here in Braunbar, loved the aesthetic of the place and the location was perfect
Pros:

breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices, well rounded meal, great staff attending to eating area, room cleaning service was excellent and not ever a problem, very polite staff

Cons:

my boyfriend is very much so an american in the sense that he needs his ice bucket. i think the ice bucket service could be handled a bit better. thats him though. i could care less.

Nice hotel excellent spa and huge pool,
Pros:

Spa was excellent , wonderful outdoor sauna and seating area, Breakfast was good however charging for poached eggs or an omelette was not well received.location was 2 minutes walk from the station, and room was fine with a balcony and mountain views.

Cons:

All other comparable hotels we stayed at offered fresh omelette with no extra charge.Also no prior warning that restaurant was fully booked, a heads up would of been good.

Slitent hotell med god beliggenhet.
Pros:

Beliggenheten.

Cons:

Røyken fra bålpanna var plagsom, også inne på rommet. Svært små rom, og lav takhøyde. Flotte bilder, men slitent hotell.

Choose the type of room carefully and you’ll enjoy your stay.
Pros:

Very nice staff; excellent location; beautiful restaurant, especially the beautiful and yummy breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Our particular duplex room was disappointing, very different from photos which show it as bright and stylish. Our room was dark and a bit dingy, with threaded carpets on the stairs and little natural light. (We did catch a glimpse of the duplex room opposite ours in the hallway while it was being cleaned and it was much brighter and more cheerful, so obviously we were unlucky with our room assignment…which, by the way, always annoys me, as paying the same price for such different rooms feels a bit unfair—not that this problem is unique to this hotel...)

More problematic, however, was how hot it was in the loft area where the beds are. The weather (late June) wasn’t even hot and yet the bedroom was stifling, which made sleeping very difficult. The staff were very kind to send us up a second (!) fan, but really something should be done to improve ventilation if they’re going to rent these particular rooms out in summer. Also, I’m not familiar with Swiss law, but we had a neighbor in the room next door who was chain smoking on their balcony which meant we got to enjoy a near constant stream of second hand smoke wafting into our room… and closing the balcony door was not an option given how hot our room was…🤪

La Camera malgrado il prezzo eccessivo

Cons:

La maleducazione degli ospiti che hanno confuso la piscina dell hotel per la loro privata, rendendo impossibile fare un bagno. La non preparazione delle addette alla SPA e le stanze piccole e fredde della spa. La colazione con un offerta da due stelle ed un personale a dir poco indisponente. Il prezzo esagerato per l offerta della struttura
