La petite Arlésienne
Pros:

La proximité du musée antique la ville très animée

Cons:

Habituellement la catégorie Styles est supérieure ce qui n'était pas le cas ici

La posizione è certamente molto comoda essendo vicina all autostrada e ad una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro città e a un centinaio di metri dallo splendido Museo di arte antica di Arles.

La stanza era silenziosa e pulita.
Colazione varia ed abbondante

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni.
Purtroppo abbiamo cenato una sera nella struttura.
Da evitare assolutamente.
Abbiamo scelto il piatto del giorno...decisamente immangiabile. Il pane era duro ,probabilmente del giorno precedente .
Il televisore non funzionava, e nonostante la nostra richiesta nessuno è intervenuto per risolvere il problema essendo un fine settimana .

Hotel correcte si estàs de passada per una nit
Pros:

El parquing . Habitacions netes i llit confortable. La piscina encara que no la vam aprofitar

Bon petit déjeuner avec un personnel attentif

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas toujours quelqu’un au bar et le service à faire soi-même, pas trop grave mais un peu gênant quand on doit ouvrir la porte avec un sac et un verre de vin dans les mains!

The air conditioning was not working despite the outside temperature being 37C. They claimed they had tried to contact us beforehand, which was not true.

They then offered to cancel our registration and issue a refund, but the refund was never processed. As a result, we had to find an alternative at the very last minute, in mid-August, with a young child and on the very same day, which caused us considerable inconvenience and additional costs.

Overall, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing, especially given that the problem was entirely beyond our control and the promised refund was never received.
