It is the ONE.
Pros:

Exceptional hotel. Open from all sides so you don’t get a room with a bad view. A nice pool area at the GF with a nice garden.
Rooms are spacious (double and suite). And well lit.
Staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Esmeralda and Alexis the “magician”.
Definitely recommend it.

An good quality hotel in a central location with excellent staff.
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful or courteous. The room was spacious, clean and as advertised. The pool was more than adequate for a hotel of this size and, regularly checked by staff, there were no issues with people using towels to reserve sun beds. Within a short distance of the beach, the hotel is in close proximity to all central restaurants and bars. A short stroll to the rail station makes travel from Nice airport so easy.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing springs to mind.
