La regadera es muy mala sale poca agua (dos chorros en diferente dirección) y a presión muy fuerte

Always getting lost, it seems like I was always turned around even using mapquest. Was hard to find a American breakfast and hated the black beans.

There's no place to hang the clothes, not even a hook with a couple of hangers, you literally have to live out of your suitcase.
The room was dark, a small lamp by the bed would help. There's no place for the soap in the shower and they only give you shampoo, no conditioner.

Muy buena la ubicación, excelente atención, el trato de quien te recibe es muy amable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Super contemplado para hospedarnos en ocasiones posteriores.
Nada, era un cuarto pesimo, el baño con las huella de mucho tiempo de uso, el lavabo instalado dentro del dormitorio, la cama hecha de varilla de fierro y sin cobertor . Sin disponibilidad en el cuarto de agua para beber habia que bajar a pedir un vaso Por todo esto, a las 2 horas que se nos registro abandonamos el hospedaje. La encargada se nego a regresarnos el dinero que pagamos al registrarnos.
Por ello acudo al amable ayuda de Booking para que nos ayude a recuperar el dinero que pagamos.
Nuestra opinion respecto al Hotel el Descansó no es digno de estar en el catalogo de Booking.

Als je een heerlijk verblijf wilt in Puebla, kies dan voor dit hotel. Het is gelegen in een oud klooster, maar is compleet gerenoveerd. Het is er heerlijk rustig, ook al bevind je je op 200 meter van de Zócalo. Direct ernaast zitten verschillende ontbijtgelegenheden. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toen er een evacuatiebevel was omwille van een aardbeving, kwam de nachtportier ons ophalen! We konden onze was laten doen voor een scherpe prijs.

A este hotel lo que le hace falta es contar con servicio de restaurante las habitaciones bien, el baño de mi habitacion no tenia colocada la cebolla de la regadera pero funcionada. La habitacion cumplio bien, limpia e en buen estado y comoda salco esa condicion que pues no demerita del todo. Esta ubicado en una buena zona cerca de puntos de interes. Recomendable.
