Bel hôtel en plein centre-ville à éviter les chambres à l’accueil

Nous avons aimé ce très bel hôtel en plein centre-ville et proche des monuments ainsi que la gentillesse de la réceptionniste.

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçus par l’isolation phonique et le manque d’intimité de notre chambre. En effet, notre chambre était placée en face de la réception, dans le hall d’entrée, sans parois pour cacher l’ouverture de la porte. On entendait toutes les conversations des clients qui arrivaient ou qui partaient et ceci également tard la nuit. Cette même chambre avait une fenêtre donnant sur la rue, sans rideau, que l’on a dû laisser fermer et vivre sans lumière du jour. Du côté fenêtre, nous donnions sur la rue et nous entendions également tout ce qui se passait dehors y compris Les disputes des sans abris, la nuit, qui établissaient leur campement à côté et en face de notre chambre.

L’équipe à la réception a été très gentille. Hotel
Acceptant les chiens. Chambre comfortable; très bonne douche et literie.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner ok sans plus. Il faut savoir que très peu de chambres ont des vues sur le ciel. Notre chambre au RDC donnait sur un patio très profond sans aucun soleil. Sans doute appréciable par grandes chaleurs.
