Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – truly exceptional! The breakfast was very good, and I highly recommend trying the local tea.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, mainly to attend the football match between Sabah and Slavia Prague. The hotel manager was going to the match as well and kindly offered me a lift in his car. I really enjoyed the journey and the opportunity to meet his sons. It was a wonderful personal experience that made my stay in Baku even more special.

Thank you very much for your outstanding hospitality and personal approach. I would happily stay here again!

Pros:

V hotelu jsme se ubytovali podruhé během naší cesty Ázerbájdžánem. Hotel je na klidném místě v docházkové vzdálenosti do starého města. Pokoj byl menší, ale velmi tichý, čistý, dobře vybavený a příjemný. Personál umí anglicky, což bylo po 14 dnech příjemné. Snídaně jsou dokonalé, nejlepší za celou naši cestu. Kéžby se o vás s takovou péčí a laskavostí starali všude. Cokoliv jsme potřebovali nebyl problém, moc si toho vážíme a děkujeme zejména hlavnímu manažerovi za vstřícnost a ochotu. Pokud budeme někdy opět v Baku, volba hotelu je jasná.

Just Wonderful!
Pros:

Location and tons of wonderful restaurants. Staffs were so nice from breakfast server Joy and the absolute asset of the hotel- Nigar the reception from check in to out and amazing info and hospitality. The morning gentlemen reception was also very gracious and helpful. For sure, a five star experience

Pros:

Staff was very attentive, friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean. The room also had great airconditioning and a smart tv that made our stay even more pleasant.

Самый лучший отель, а лучшим его делают люди в нем. От звонка до самого отъезда все было на высоте 😭🤌🏻 отдельное спасибо Эльмару, Севинч и Ниджату с ресторана❤️, с ними этот приезд был еще лучше. Вкусные завтраки, удобная локация, чистые и уютные номера. Один восторг 🤩 советую остановится здесь если вы в городе Баку.

Everything the room design and decoration,toilet how spacious it is the cleanliness the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Accommodating guest with kindness and politeness they make sure that you are in best hands. Breakfast I will rate it 99% amazing the server was so generous preparing the healthy food and fresh. the best of the best the team of this hotel are amazing always smiling greetings makes you feel so relaxed and relieved. I will recommend this to all of my friends and family. The feeling when you walk into your room it’s already cleaned up and smells so good! 🫶🫶🫶 The location reaches all the beautiful attractions!

Pros:

The hotel is very clean,i like the room it was spacious and comfortable, the staf was very helpful and so kind. If you like to walk this hotel is the best choice in baku. The breakfast very delicious and you have choice of hot dishes.
Is best choice for solo travel but for families nothing special for kids

Cons:

There is nothing to do in the hotel, no hamam no spa no pool just eat and sleep.

Das Frühstück war ganz ausgezeichnet und sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Für jeden Gast war der Tisch schon gedeckt und alles war vorbereitet. Getränke und Omelette wurden nach Wunsch des Gastes frisch zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sie das, was sie tun (Küche, Service, Rezeption) wirklich sehr sehr gerne machen.
