Nowhere to dry washing, I had a T shirt go missing that I left at the front of the property to dry , but I booked it without a balcony so I can’t blame the hotel for that

El personal , el lavabo demasiado chico no te podías lavar las manos ,no tenía caja fuerte como booking prometió ,afuera del hotel 6 tachos de basura con mal olor todo el tiempo Muy sucio y personas raras fumando,no tenía pileta para lavar platos , nunca nos funcionó el código de acceso ,disturbios por las noches , sin seguridad alguna

Pros:

Localização excelente! Perto da praia e principais pontos de Miami Beach. Fácil acesso ao aeroporto e porto de cruzeiros. Os ônibus passam em frente ao hotel. Quarto confortável para três pessoas. A recepcionista foi muito atenciosa. Conseguimos guardar nossas malas em um quartinho na chegada e nosso check in foi liberado antes do previsto. O hotel não possui café, mas existem várias opções de restaurantes, cafeterias e mercados nos arredores. O hotel fica a poucos passos da Lincoln Road. O hotel oferece, sem custo, duas cadeiras na praia e toalhas de banho. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Cons:

Não haver tomadas próximo a cama. O banheiro molha um pouco na hora do banho e poderiam ter algumas prateleiras no banheiro para apoiar necessaire e produtos de banho.

Actualización de equipo de acceso principal

Excelente ubicación

Cons:

La puerta de acceso principal en horario sin recepción debería actualizar la máquina, tuvimos inconvenientes con el ingreso del código de acceso y otros huéspedes igual, hasta que la suerte le daba a alguno y lo grabamos acceder.
