Great pkace to stay at Miami beach
Pros:

Location is in a great area
Great bedroom and bathroom
Loved the funky art deco feel

Cons:

Door lock was a bit shaky but we had no issue

Estadia ótima . Voltaria em outras oportunidades
Pros:

As camas são ótimas , chuveiro muito bom água quente . Localização muito boa , a duas quadras da praia, perto de tudo, lanches, ruas famosas. Tranquilo pra caminhar

Volveré sin duda!!
Pros:

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal es lo mas top, estuvimos muy cómodos..tiene una relación calidad precio excelente. Volveré sin duda!!

Algunas áreas comunes pueden mejorar con un poco más de mantenimiento solamente.

Affordable, old charming building with decent rooms.
Pros:

The property is just a 5-7 minutes walk to the beach.
It’s close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation.

Relatief goedkoop, maar vies

Locatie is fijn voor Miami Beach. En contactloze check in ging soepel.

Cons:

Het is er erg vies. In het keukentje zitten allemaal mieren, terwijl wij er alleen water hadden staan. Op de vloer lag heel veel zand en in de handdoeken zaten vieze gele vlekken. Ook hebben we een nacht zonder airco gezeten en moest ik twee keer contact opnemen voordat het echt gemaakt werd. Niet ideaal met de hitte.
Vooraf werd ik per e-mail (buiten Booking om) heel vaak bericht dat ik nog gegevens moest sturen en anders niet kon inchecken. Ik vond het vreemd dat dit buiten Booking om ging. Ik heb niet op de links geklikt en kon gelukkig alsnog inchecken.

Really bad value for money
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The cleaning issue-
1. we didn’t know that the staff cleans the room only every 3 days.
2. Even then, we didn’t know you have to chase the staff so they could book the cleaning time. In addition- when you book finally the cleaning day, the only clean the room late in the afternoon (the roomed was cleaned only around 4 PM.
3. Towels - we had to chase (separately) the cleaning ladies so they could at least change towels every day.

I must emphasise, we paid a very high rate in advance ( 916 dollars for 5 night) when we know of others who booked a room much later and paid a lot less. If they are decent enough they would refund the money we paid, but who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great location.
Pros:

The location was ideal. Walking distance to Lincoln Road, south beach and lots of food options. Front desk was kind enough to let us check in early so we can out our things away, change and explore the city.

Cons:

Not much we didn’t like. Elevator was small to get up to the 2nd floor with luggage.
