Not a huge deal, the balcony is a shared one with another room. We were under the impression it was our own.

Good location The breakfast had some choices but some of the products seemed old (e.g. the toast bread)

Cons:

In the first day, the elevator was broken when I had to go to breakfast, and I had to descend 6 levels on the stairs, with a cane!

Eggs served at breakfast have been cold every time. The hotel should find a method of keeping them warm. The fruits were green, and hard to eat (apples) I have seen no bananas or strawberries (it is the season!), which would have been easier to eat.

Da localização que permite ir a pé para os locais mais importantes a visitar.
Dos funcionários, extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis

Cons:

O quarto em que fiquei, um dos dois com vista para a Acrópole, não vale de todo a pena. Fica praticamente fora do hotel, no que seria um terraço. O elevador vai só até ao andar anterior, o que obriga a um lance de escadas que, com malas, é um tanto difícil.
O pequeno almoço é medíocre, à base de produtos baratos de supermercado. Nem sequer tem pão com alguma qualidade.

Enjoyable
Pros:

Loved they offered two bedroom options. Comfortable stay and in a great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They offered us umbrellas for the rain and let us used their outlets adapter to charge our phones.

Cons:

La habitación no se correspondía con la descripción . Tenía que ser con terraza y vistas a la Acrópolis, y la realidad es que la terraza está fuera de la habitación, es común a todo el que quiera subir a la planta 7, a la cual no llega el ascensor y has de subir a pie desde la 6. La vista a la Acrópolis es de una ventana que da a un patio interior destartalado ,sucio y deprimente, y la habitación muy pequeña no se corresponde con lo descrito.

Great location, but the room could be improved
Pros:

The location is really convenient and close to everything. We could reach the main attractions on foot. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Although the hotel is in the city center, the sound insulation is good, so the noise from outside doesn’t bother you. The bed and pillows were also okay.

Cons:

The room doesn’t look like the one shown in the pictures. The ceiling is too low, which makes the room feel cramped. In addition, the curtains don’t properly cover the window, so a lot of light comes into the room, making it difficult to sleep well. The breakfast was also disappointing and didn’t look like the pictures at all.

Çok sesli bir otel. Her üst katlarda çekilen sifonun sesi yankılana yankılana iniyor aşağı uykudan uyandırıyor. Kapılar duvarlar ince ve yalıtımsız koridorlardan çok ses geliyor. Otelde sesten uyuyabilmek mümkün değildi. Yastıkları da ayrıca rahatsızdı.

Polite and friendly staff and a great location. Would avoid rm 204 if I returned.

No window in Rm 204 although did have a skylight with no blind. No separate shower had to use the jacuzzi which didn’t have a level floor for standing in.
