Attentive staff, great facilities and a fabulous holiday.
Pros:

Facilities were amazing and we had such an amazing stay. Irene (hotel manager) was incredible and went above and beyond to help us book dinners/taxis etc. Highly recommend.

Best experience.
Pros:

Excellent experience here. The room was comfortable and good size, it was front but no noises from outside. It has a nice pool that gets sunlight directly, small but lovely surrounding area.
It also has an indoor pool with warm water that is amazing, nice to rest after a long day walking.
It is very well located, near the bus station and center, you can walk to everywhere.
The most amazing is the staff, Irene deserves a shoutout! she is the best and made us feel welcomed since arrival. She always make sure we had everything we need, she recommended activities, places, restaurants, even did bookings from us, and always with a smile and a warm feeling. Please, send my greetings to her.

Tutto perfetto in ogni aspetto. Manca solo la colazione ma ci sono una marea di negozi a meno di 100m. A piedi dal centro sono 2 minuti. Vicinissima alla vista migliore di tutta l’isola e a tutti i migliori ristoranti. Ultra consigliato

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Uma Ray with all support from the host.
Pros:

Really good location (near the bus stop and city centre).
Friendly staff and good service/ recommendation about where to go/ eat.
Nice swimming pool.

Very helpful staff and great location

Location , Irene at reception was very kind and helpful.

No parking in area and the room was right by front gate so you could hear everybody coming in and out as well heavy plumbing from upstairs

We booked this hotel last minute and everything was absolutely ready for us when we arrived. Great hotel in a fabulous location right in Fira! A special mention to Irene, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay so seamless. Highly recommend—a truly perfect stay!
