Location, clean room,swimming pools clean and nice, staf was helpful, and the Location is perfect near for everything (bus station supermarket down town)
Excellent location. In the center, yet far from the noise. Since beaches are hard to come by in Santorini, it's great that this hotel has two pools, an outdoor one and an indoor one. Everything is perfectly clean. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed daily. You also have bathrobes available. The wonderful Irene organized a catamaran trip for us, on which we had an unforgettable time. We will recommend this hotel to everyone, it really made our trip beautiful
The only thing that bothered me was the overly soft bed. My daughter didn't mind, but it's too soft for me and it affected my sleep

The location . Walking distance to the main part of Fira and Caldera views . The bus station is seconds away for transport around the island.
Uma Ray is peaceful , well presented and Irene is an absolute gem .

Szczególne podziękowania należą się Irene, która jest niezwykle przemiła, serdeczna i pomocna. W każdej chwili była do naszej dyspozycji i dbała o to, aby niczego nam nie brakowało. Z wielką przyjemnością tu wrócimy!

I think it would’ve been great to have breakfast included as there is a downstairs area that was previously used for it.
