The facilities were clean & comfortable and the staff were excellent when I lost my card for hotel room & needed
Pros:

Conveniently situated for our holiday.

Cons:

The distance from the car park to our room. It was a difficult & long walk for my 83 year old Mum.

Great if you are attending an event in the Country Club.
Pros:

Rooms were of a good size and the gardens around the hotel well looked after. The health club area was handy with an indoor pool and gym.

Cons:

The hotel was really hot all the time, other guests we spoke to commented on this as well. There was no thermostat to control it in your room and it was very unpleasant at night. We were also called and asked if we wanted a joining room as we had children (17-11) in them. When we arrived the rooms had been allocated incorrectly and my daughter walked in on someone in the other room. Staff were apologetic and gave the other room some free drink cards. Weonly booked this accomodation as we were attending an event there.

Ok but would not stay again
Pros:

setting is nice.. rooms were comfortable. The Range eat in was good but again all fried foods and not alot of vegetarian options.

Cons:

Rather isolated. hated the place packed with older people there to play the pokies. didn't realise it was revolving so much around casino aspect. The food was cheap and not well prepared in the restaurant. no preference for people staying there, and we got turned away. It was catered to those who want a cheap meal and to play pokies.
Wasn't what we expected and very few options if you don't want beef or pork. ie you are vegetarian. restaurant was huge disappointment to us. no real options if you can't eat fried food. would not stay again as the feel of the place was not what we were expecting at all. We disliked the whole casino client base. No area for guests carparks reserved.
Could be so much more but it completely missed the mark with us.

Comfy and Cozy stay
Pros:

Lovely comfortable king size beds. Room was cosy and staff were very friendly. Food in the links restaurant was yummy and the atmosphere was bussling. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Launceston.
