Dla nas lokalizacja była bardzo dobra. Hotel komunikacyjnie położony tak, że wszędzie było blisko - do miejsc odwiedzanych przez nas. Duży bezpłatny parking na miejscu. Klimatyzacja w pokojach - byliśmy w czasie upałów 37-39 st.
Urozmaicone i smaczne śniadania w przestronnej jadalni.
Indywidualnie dla mnie, jedynie zbyt miękki materac w łóżku.

Kada netko ulazi u susjednu sobu dobiješ osjećaj da netko ulazi kod tebe, jastuci bi mogli biti malo udobniji. Sve ostalo je bilo super.
Otelin hemen önünden tren geçmesine rağmen ses yalıtımının şaşırtıcı derecede iyi olması iyi oldu. Çünkü tren detayını bilmeden rezervasyon yaptık. Eğer sesten yana sorun yaşasaydık seyehatimiz işkenceye dönerdi.
Otelde konakladığımız 2. Gün şampuanımız bitti be bunu maalesef duştayken farkettik, duşu yarıda kesip aşağı inip şampuan bulup gelmek durumunda kaldık, personel bu konuda çok kayıtsızdı. Banyonun sürekli ışığı kesiliyordu tekrar kapatıp açmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Otel doğada olduğu için odalara sinek böcek dolması çok olasıydı ve oldu çünkü camlarda sineklik yoktu. Odamıza kocaman arı ve inanılmaz sayıda fazla küçük sinek girdi. Bu basit hataların yapılmasını ve personelce çok sakin karşılanmasını asla anlayamadık. Biraz daha özveri ve müşteriyi ciddiye alan bir tavır beklerdik. Özensizlikleri çok belliydi ve konforu çok düşürdü. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir otel.

It is not about the propery itself but the room, we got a room on the train track side and it was a bit noisy and shacky when a train passed by.
Everything is just awful
Very disappointing experience. Communication with guests was practically non-existent.
Without any warning, the staff packed up our belongings and checked us out. We were never informed in advance, and then we were charged €25 for handling our things without our permission.
When we asked why nobody had called to let us know we were being checked out, the staff falsely claimed that they had tried to contact us. However, we did not have a single missed call.
The air conditioning barely worked, and despite informing the staff, nothing was fixed.
We did not receive the room that we originally selected and paid for when booking. When we asked to be moved to the correct room, we were simply told that no rooms were available.
Breakfast was exactly the same every single day. Towels were never replaced, and when the soap ran out, nobody refilled it.
Even though there were plenty of available rooms on Booking.com, the hotel did not offer us the opportunity to extend our stay for one more night, even though we wanted to stay. Instead, we were quoted a price that was even higher than a better-rated hotel nearby.
As a result, we had to move to another hotel. We lost valuable time and even missed a scheduled meeting because of this.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I do not recommend this hotel.
