Buen desayuno, muy comodo y bastante agradable
Pros:

La habitación era bastante amplia y todos los días limpiaban el lugar. Además, el desayuno era bastante variado, ya que se tenía frutas, pan, comida, dulces u otro tipo de comidas para complementar. La zona era bastante cercana a lugares de interes, ya sea para ir al centro de la ciudad a recorrer o ir a otras zonas cercanas para eventos de lucha libre. El personal muy agradable y con buena disposición para ayudar o responder dudas. Muy recomendado

The male staff who greet you and help with your bags were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated their service. Room was clean.

Cons:

The biggest issue was comfort. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the comforter had a rough fabric that felt itchy on the skin. I could also hear a lot of noise from outside the room, so I hardly got any sleep. The room felt quite dark at night even with all the lights on, and I think brighter white lighting would be better than the yellow lights. There was also an ironing board provided, but no iron.

The ladies at the front desk could also be more attentive and welcoming. There were times when they were focused on their phones while I was speaking to them. More eye contact, acknowledgment, and greeting guests would improve the experience.

Proporcionó todo lo que necesitábamos.
Pros:

La limpieza del hotel y de la habitación. Nos cambiaban todos los días las toallas que necesitábamos y nos dejaban también agua y jabón.
