Pros:

The location was perfect, it was a very spacious room with full bathroom.

Cons:

No overhead lighting in the room was a downfall as well as no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Otherwise it was fantastic.

Fantastic base for anything you need in Coogee. Would stay again.
Pros:

Neat, well sized rooms in a great central location. Great in room amenities.

Cons:

Balcony looked over loading dock of the large pub/hotel which was noisy at times.

Cons:

What kind of a 4 star hotel doesn't provide dental kits? Also, the 2 lifts respond to common controls but they are like 2 rooms apart, so it's a little hard to keep track of which lift is responding to your call.
Also, the plates in the room were not clean. Attached is a photo of the plate BEFORE we used it.
Overall, expected much better from a 4 star hotel but this one didn't even stand up to a 1 star level.

The room was a great size, very well appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect and the view of the beach from our balcony was stunning.

Great location
Pros:

Great location for bars and the beach. Comfortable accommodation with friendly helpful staff. Being at the back of the complex meant it was quieter than the bay hotel which we stayed in last time.
