Es war ziemlich Zentral

Cons:

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, was den ersten Eindruck deutlich getrübt hat.

Außerdem gibt es keinen Aufzug, sodass wir unsere Koffer selbst mehrere Treppen hochtragen mussten. In der Beschreibung wurde angegeben, dass Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Tatsächlich liegt das Hotel jedoch mitten im Zentrum, wo es praktisch keine verfügbaren Parkplätze gibt. Deshalb waren wir gezwungen, unser Auto in einem teuren Parkhaus abzustellen, was zusätzliche Kosten verursacht hat.

Auch das Personal war in Bezug auf die Parksituation leider nicht besonders hilfsbereit und konnte uns keine passende Lösung oder Unterstützung anbieten.

Insgesamt hätten wir uns mehr Sauberkeit, eine korrekte Beschreibung der Parkmöglichkeiten und einen besseren Service gewünscht

Great hotel in an ideal location
Pros:

Only stayed the one night after arriving by ferry. Its location and ease of walking from the ferry port to the hotel was perfect for us. The hotel and room was ideal for and us and if we had elected to stay on we would have been perfectly happy to extend our stay. Lovely breakfast was supplied and you could eat inside or outside on the terrace. Very close to all the night time activity but extremely quiet in the hotel

ممكن ان يكون السعر منخفض لكن بالمقابل كل شيء سيء بالبداية المراءة رحبت فينا وكانت بشوشة وفي غضون دقائق تغير اسلوبها واصبح سيء جداً والنظافة جدا سيئة لماذا اقوم من النوم ويؤلمني حلقي وخشمي الفراش وصخ والمكيف هواءة وصخ

The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The elderly woman working there shouted and raised her voice, and she was very impatient. I asked her about the luggage delivery service to the rooms, and her face changed, she got angry, and her attitude was terrible (as if she was the one who paid for the stay) 😂. The other one, named Youssef, looked at us with disgust and had a very bad attitude. I don't know if it's racism or if they just have bad manners, I don't know. Plus, the room air conditioning was very dirty. I woke up with a sore throat and a very sore nose, and the toilet paper was black and filthy!!
