Amazing hotel, friendly staff, great food .
Pros:

Fantastic location, parking available.
We had our evening meal at the hotel. The food was delicious and exceptional value .
A good array of food was available for breakfast.

Cons:

Other than soap no other toiletries in the bathroom.
No iron .

Simply exceptional!!!!!The location was breathtaking, on the main piazza just next to the old fort!
Adequate parking, wonderful breakfast, nice bar, excellent facilities!!!

Удобно расположен, парковка около отеля, хорошие завтраки, приятный ресторан для ужина с обширным меню и качественной едой. Можно с собаками, нам это было важно)

Cons:

Весь отель прокурен. Курят не только на лоджиях, но и внутри. Нет специальных мест для курения, запах просто везде.

Fantastisch verblijf in superleuke stad!
Pros:

De ligging is echt perfect, tussen het fort en het centrum in.
Zeer comfortabele kamers met mooi uitzicht, heerlijk bed en douche. We hadden helaas geen tijd voor de spa, maar ook dat zag er super uit.
Het ontbijt is fantastisch. Voor ieder wat wils en alles wordt continu bijgevuld.

Cons:

Het personeel spreekt niet heel goed Engels wat wat misverstanden kan opleveren en je moet soms even wachten op het terras. Maar dat is misschien ook de wat meer relaxte mentaliteit in Servië dan in Noord Europa, dus misschien juist wat om van te leren :)

Super Lage! Großes Zimmer und wundervolle Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Personal war beim Check in nicht besonders freundlich und beim Check out nervös wegen bevorstehendem Filmfestival. Ich bekam mehrere verschiedene (telefonisch, per Mail und vor Ort) Antworten bzgl. Flughafentransfer---> Es gibt KEINEN Flughafenshuttledienst!!!

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect, just in heart of the city center, close to the attractions, shops and restaurants. We were staying in the executive apartment and this was comfortable with the excellent view. The breakfast was very tasty. The big advantage is the parking spot - private and 24/7 attended. There are carpets everywhere so the hotel is really quiet and cosy. Very clean. The overall impression of the hotel is very good however some things need attention.

Cons:

The big minus is that smoking still allowed inside. Therefore you can smell smoke in the lobby and on the way to the breakfast. The worst thing they still have smoking rooms! You must be very careful when booking. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and was hardly able to cool down the temperature to 23C. The bed textiles need improvement. The duvets were torn and pillows were worn out.

Чудесно местоположение, в центъра на Ниш. Голяма стая, чистота и добра работа на климатичната система. Персонала в лоби бара бе много любезен. Препоръчвам този хотел.
