Schöne Zimmer, aber sehr enttäuschender Service bei Problemen
Pros:

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel Restaurant Bullerdieck in Ordnung, aber ich habe gemischte Erfahrungen gemacht.
Das war gut:
* Die Rezeptionistin beim Check-in war extrem freundlich und einladend.
* Der Biergarten ist wirklich schön und gemütlich.
* Mein Zimmer im Gästehaus war groß und ansprechend eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr schön.

Cons:

Das war schlecht:
Am frühen Abend meiner zweiten Übernachtung habe ich an der Rezeption gemeldet, dass meine Toilette nicht richtig abfließt. Man versicherte mir, dass man sich darum kümmern würde. Als ich später am Abend auf mein Zimmer zurückkehrte, war leider gar nichts passiert.

Das Hauptproblem: Die Rezeption war bereits geschlossen und im Gästehaus gab es keine andere (öffentliche) Toilette. Ich konnte also die ganze Nacht nicht auf die Toilette gehen! Erst am nächsten Morgen um 6:30 Uhr konnte ich das Personal fragen, wo ich überhaupt eine Toilette finden kann.

Fazit:
Für einen Preis von 340 € pro Nacht ist das absolut nicht akzeptabel. Bei diesem Preis erwarte ich, dass solche Probleme sofort gelöst werden oder es zumindest eine Notlösung gibt. Wegen der schönen Zimmer und des freundlichen Empfangs gebe ich insgesamt noch ein "ausreichend", aber der Service im Problemfall muss dringend besser werden.

Pros:

Lovely upmarket hotel set in lovely surroundings, very friendly welcoming staff, huge room and the food and beer in the beer garden is amazing.

Cons:

Nothing wrong with the hotel but a tip for people using booking. Com this was our first time booking with a dog and we entered on booking. Com that we would have a dog with us but they didn't let the hotel know and it was a little awkward when we checked out that the hotel asked for a fee for our dog witch is fine but it's the fact that they didn't know we would have a dog and they had to ask for the feedback.

Der rustikale Biergarten, das Frühstück, alles war super.

Cons:

Der Fernseher reagierte nicht auf die Fernbedienung.
Die Dusche ließ sich zu schwer einstellen, mit seifigen Händen garnicht.

Pros:

Ein schönes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, genug eigener Parkraum und ein gemütlicher Biergarten mit leckerem Essen. Wegen einer privaten Feier könnte ich das Restaurant nicht testen, aber der Biergarten gehört auch zum Hotel und war mir bei dem schönen Wetter auch lieber. Es war eigentlich auch ruhig. Wegen des Wetters hatte ich das Fenster offen, ich schlafe nicht so gerne mit Klimaanlage und da wurde ich daran erinnert, dass Hannover einen Flughafen hat. Bei geschlossen Fenster war aber nichts zu hören.
