The staff were absolutely incredible. Everyone was so kind and so helpful. We got some great restaurant recommendations from them. The room was comfy, not huge but perfect for our needs. 10/10 for the aircon -it was working overtime during our stay and we would've struggled without it. The location with brilliant, never felt too crowded nearby and so handy for everything we wanted to do.

The staff pays great attention to detail. Breakfast is amazing, you can choose your main dish, and there is also fruits and a selection of pastries. They also provide a small yoghurt & water. Fruits are available and free all day. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The only bad thing is that the housekeeping team is very disrespectful. They go to the room at 7:30 talking to each other, and OKAY it's very early I'm on holidays I need to rest not hear your conversation.

Przez pół dnia nie było prądu, a co się z tym wiąże brak AC przy 38 stopniach, winda nie działała (miałam pokój na 6 piętrze), brak WiFi, nie mogłam podładować telefonu. W zamian za tę niedogodność goście otrzymali zwrot 20% za ten jeden dzień, czyli 2 euro.
Jednego dnia dziewczyna wyleciała z krzykiem z łóżka, bo zobaczyła karalucha, następnego ranka znalazłam martwego karalucha w moim łóżku.
This was probably the best hotel check in experience I've ever had. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially the lady who greeted us on arrival and the chú who looked after us during our stay. They made the whole experience feel very personal and homely. I only wish I had asked the lady at reception for her name so I could thank her personally in this review, she truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The hotel itself has a lovely, homely atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and I really liked that you choose your breakfast the day before, which made everything feel well organized and freshly prepared.
The room was absolutely fine. Yes, the building is a little older, but it has been well maintained and we found the room clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal, too. The highlight of our stay was definitely the bathtub in the room and, above all, the outstanding hospitality of the staff. They genuinely made us feel at home. I would happily stay here again.
Edit: I forgot to add that the juice/smoothie guy just in front of the hotel has the best smoothies ever. Order his passion fruit smoothie and thank me later. Support this guy!
Our view wasn't anything special, but we were only staying for a short time and didn't book the hotel for the view, so that wasn't an issue for us.
The place was lovely. It reminded me of the Harry Potter movies lol The rooms were spotless and felt fresh, and the included breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff is so polite and helpful.

This hostel was so so beautiful. The comfort and the closeness to the beach were perfect. And the breakfast was shockingly good. I loved it.
旅館的整體設計與飲食，都充滿美感，食物很好吃。下午還有免費提供水果，是完整的水果，不是切片。早餐有幾種選擇，還有附贈自助式的水果、蛋糕、飲料等，服務人員很親切貼心。跟他們說浴室沒有洗髮精之類，他們會去解決。喔 他們的咖啡用的吸管是越南蓪草做的植物吸管，很酷！很環保。我好喜歡。一開始進去會給你礦泉水，可以喝完，早上去早餐區補水。
旁邊就有一個換匯的地方（只是容易走過頭，忽略它），可以換到好價格。很有耐心，還會用計算機給你看，並且等你核對。
裡面格局有點像是迷宮很有趣，去五樓，還必須先搭電梯到6樓再走樓梯下去。我是住六人房，床很舒適，裡面的冷氣很冷，有厚簾子，有隱私。還有給置物櫃，附鑰匙。算是離海邊很近，散步一點點，可以抵達，大概隔一排房子吧。週邊要按摩或是吃飯、購物等都很方便。
浴室容易積水，不易排水。垃圾桶的踩踏板不容易踩或是蓋子掀不起來要用手去掀起來。

The bed that I stayed in was at far corner away from the room’s air-conditioning, so it was warm. Good thing the staff brought a fan for me. Ok but not ideal
