It was a reasonably comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Too small for longer stays!
Pros:

The beds were reasonably comfortable. The shower had great pressure. The room was clean and tidy. The range of teas and coffees was good. I liked the handwash, hand and body cream, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, too.

Cons:

There was a stain on the couch that wasn't nice. In winter, the beds could be presented with a nice comforter and electric blankets. I didn't like that the bathroom window couldn't be opened, or that there wasn't a microwave to heat up teas and coffees that may have gotten cold. There was no compendium outlining the things to do or services available at the hotel, and the streaming service kept glitching (the wifi needed to be rebooted).

Overall, it was a great experience and we always love our stay in this hotel.
Pros:

I love the staff. From arrival with Manuela at reception and Mu at the dining room for our breakfast. Everyone's very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Maybe some bedroom slippers for guests.
