Overall, it was a great experience and we always love our stay in this hotel.
Pros:

I love the staff. From arrival with Manuela at reception and Mu at the dining room for our breakfast. Everyone's very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Maybe some bedroom slippers for guests.

Good value for money. Excellent hotel meeting all expectations.
Pros:

The room was beautiful with excellent lighting and views. It was also clean and tidy, making the stay worthwhile. The room was value for money and we won’t hesitate recommending the hotel to friends and we’ll definitely book the hotel next time we’re in Queenstown. The staff were excellent- very helpful and friendly.

Nothing we can point out. Everything met our expectations.

Comfortable beds, and room was nice with the sliding doors to the rear seating area. Lovely views across the water and towards the hills. Parking right outside the room was ideal, and it was just a short drive into town or to shops, restaurants etc.

Cons:

As a family of 3 with, we could have used a slightly bigger room and wardrobe for clothes, relaxing etc. But, we made it work, and didn't spend much time in the room during the day anyway. Would still stay again and recommend. Still comfy beds, clean and cosy rooms.
