静かな環境の中で快適な滞在

スタッフには外国人が多いが、日本語にも堪能で、大変フレンドリーで丁寧な接客。部屋および設備も全体的に特に問題なかった。空気清浄機が（入室した時点から）常時稼働していて、快適な空間を提供してもらえた。

Cons:

唯一、改善してもらいたいと思ったのは、私の泊まった部屋だけだったかもしれないが、シャワーカーテンの片側の留め具が外れており、カーテン本体少しヌルヌルしていたので、その辺のチェックを徹底してほしかった。直接言えば良かったのだろうが、使用後は「喉元過ぎれば」で忘れてしまっていたので敢えてここで指摘させてもらった。

とても快適でした。また機会あれば利用させて下さい。

メールでの問い合わせ、滞在中のスタッフ対応とても早くて満足でした。

Cons:

過去にも利用経験があり、とても素敵なホテルだと思ってます。今回の福岡天神だけ２点残念な点がありました。お風呂の浴槽に虫が五匹ほどいてお風呂貯めた時に浮いてました。入浴剤が無駄になり確認しない自分も悪いですが、残念でした。後一点、トイレの内側がかなり汚れてます。便座を上げるとかなり気になりました。
こういう時代ですので、写真などは一切撮影しておりません。スタッフの皆さんが気づいて改善してくれる事を願います。

柳橋連合市場が近いです。
Pros:

1階にセブン-イレブンがあり、ホテルエントラスからほぼ直結していたこと。

Cons:

1階エレベーター前に荷物が散乱していたこと。せめて整理整頓するべき。
室内のデスクが使いにくい配置だったこと。
