Pros:

I arrived in Queenstown and went straight to be pre booked accommodation which was at a different location. I walked into the room, did not want to stay there so looked online and within 10 minutes made a booking at Scenic Suites. Walking into the room put a smile on my face and calmed my nervous system compared to where Id just come from. The room was very big, it felt clean, lovely bed, separate shower and bathtub and was nice to have a little balcony. While I didnt get to use the sauna I checked it out and it looked spacious and nice. Next time!

Well equiped, clean, quiet, lovely housekeeping staff.
Pros:

Nice and central to town, easy walking distance. Warm and clean.

Cons:

No coffee pod recycling and no smart tv (not even castible) and there were weird damp/musty smells in the corridors.

Pros:

Loved it! Check in was easy and welcoming. A staff member showed us to the free car park then to our room. Room was well maintained, spacious, warm and modern with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There was no fee for Room service, we ordered a drink to relax while we were getting ready to go out.
Loved the downstairs location right on the road with balcony, for people watching and easy access to street to walk into town. Very well priced for a top quality stay. (We are a well travelled married couple in our early 50s from NZ)

Pros:

The location is fabulous, within easy walking distance of the town centre! The beds were comfortable and it was easy parking!

Cons:

We were unable to check in until more than an hour after check in time. There was no communication around this other than being told our room wasn’t ready yet. For a property that is quite expensive, I would have expected better communication.

Lovely stay ....
Pros:

Location was close to the Town, with a Restaurant on site and free available parking. The power shower was lush.

Cons:

Breakfast was hit and miss with regards to the temperature of the food, but the selection was excellent.

Quality hotel with good facilities
Pros:

Excellent room which was spacious and appreciated the washing machine and dryer. Very clean and parking was fine in the basement but could get difficult in peak periods.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was only average and very busy at times with school groups staying at the property.

Hit or miss with the room views. If selecting any view, best to request exactly what you want. As I asked for a mountain
Pros:

Some rooms have a really nice view, and super close to the main shops in town

Cons:

Some rooms offer way better views, if you book a mountain view and your room is not near the end. The view is bad, you can’t advertise it as mountain view if you get no privacy and only 10% of the window is a mountain. Cheap tactics.
