Pros:

The size of the room was great - very spacious and tidy.

Cons:

The servicing of the room - it wasn’t up to par with how others do it. The cups and cutlery were not washed properly and shower/toilet not refreshed well. The servicing of the room is also done quite late in the day. If you also have issues with mobility, the uphill walking to get to the hotel will be an issue.

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready for check in time. Noisy on bottom floor right on the road. Blinds also have gap around the edge which you can see in right through to the main bedroom from the foot path outside. Upgraded our room to an apartment which was disappointing as we ended up on floor level noisy and too cold.

Pros:

The suite was spacious, clean and well-designed
The view over the lake and town was awesome from the floor to ceiling windows
The bed and pillows would be among the most comfortable we have slept in
Staff were pleasant and helpful

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was average. Mostly cold and overcooked

Well equiped large modern apartment, close to town
Pros:

Large spacious rooms in the apartment, well equiped and close to the centre of town. Bus location for the bus to Airport and Arrowtown one block up. Very helpful friendly staff and the rooms have daily housekeeping.

Cons:

Outside patio could have done with some maintenance.
