Spacious and close to town.
Pros:

Close to town, restaurant with breakfast included. Rooms spacious and everything you need.

Cons:

A lot of things in the carpark like beds, maybe put curtains up and cover these things

Well priced, comfortable, warm, quiet - room service was excellent and breakfasts were fab.
Pros:

I was booked in for a Conference at the QT - the hotel provided excellent value for money compared to the other options provided. Location was a comfortable walk from the Conference, the weather was a bit inclement so I elected to Uber a couple of times but this was easy.

Cons:

Quite a big walk from the Reception to the room and a bit "around the houses" but this is minor because overall the experience was great. Wifi password didn't work, but I didn't refer this to anyone, just used my own wifi via hotspot. I'm sure if I called Reception, it would have been an easy fix.

Great location. The walk up the hill may be challenging for some. Rooms nice and big . Great view out my window

Cons:

I stayed for 3 nights but my room was not cleaned or stocked during that stay.

Stay ruined by building works
Pros:

The staff were warm and helpful

Cons:

There was building work during our stay which we were not advised about before.

It ruined the experience having to walk through a building site to get to the room. The room next to us was being renovated which meant it was loud in the day and we had a baby who needed to sleep so this wasn't ideal.

I'm disappointed the hotel still charged full price given the disruption and we probably won't be staying here again.
