La habitación muy bien la lavandería tiene que mejorar

Cuarto cómodo, seguro y limpio

Súper buena elección
Pros:

Las instalaciones muy buenas y amplias. Todo muy limpio y cómodo, camas increíbles y con onsen en la habitación. Además muy cerca de la estación.

部屋に壺ぶろがあった。部屋の広さもよかった。

Cons:

チェックインの時にあ10名くらい並んでいて、かなり待った。人を増やしたり、チェックインをスムーズに行ったりしてほしい。１件辺りにかなり時間がかかっていた。
部屋に、荷物を置くスペースがもう少しあるとよい。

駅から近い　場所が分かりやすい　大浴場がついている

Cons:

受付で前の客が長かったのに、1人しかいないので待った。しかも私の予約を確認するのに5分はかかった。研修生だから仕方ないとは思うが、疲れて早く部屋に入りたいのに15分ぐらい受付にいた。
トイレの水量がバカに多く、暫く流れ続けてうるさかった。寝に付いた頃廊下で大声で話してる客の声がもろに入ってきて起きてしまった。エアコンの微調整がきかず、付けると寒くて切ると暑く不快だった。朝食がないことを夜まで知らなかった。予約サイトが分かりにくく、朝食付きだと思って予約した。机が傷だらけで汚かった。受付で大浴場の案内がなく、部屋のテレビにも表示されないのでどこにあるかもわからなかった。よく見るとカードキーと一緒に渡された小さい紙に小さく書いてあった。せっかく売りにしているのに入って欲しくないのだろうか？過去ビジホに20泊ぐらいしたが、下から2番目。多分リブマックスグループには二度と泊まらないと思いますが、殆どこういう事を書かない私がこれだけ書いた事を考えて改善して欲しいと思います。
