Location to town was good. Lobby was nice and they had beer on tap.
They should have had coffee out 24/7. They have you use a coffee machine for decaf, not a full coffee urn out.
The luggage carts were terrible. No Resturant on site. They should have given coupons for breakfast sandwiches, and snacks. The room was $425+ a night. Our room window to the outside was fogged up inside the glass. We felt unsafe walking at night.
Parking is close by and in a garage. Room was comfortable enough.
No breakfast is included in the city of New Haven is actually really not that nice. It’s very dirty and seems unsafe to walk at night around the hotel.

Staff is not very friendly, to say the least, room was not cleaned because”housekeeping started late”, and there was no one to provide answers.
