Excellent location, wonderful staff, and a memorable stay—I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The hotel was very clean, the staff were kind, professional, and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I also truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise with a card and cake—it made my stay even more memorable.

Cons:

The only minor issue was the laundry service. It took longer than expected for my clothes to be returned, and I had to wait quite a while. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Pros:

The location is perfect. Close to amazing restaurants and tons of activities. The hotel has wonderful breakfast and a cute front patio that is perfect for people watching. The staff was very helpful and gave tons of great recommendations for tours and places to visit.

Great hotel in Lisbon, comfortable and near everything.
Pros:

Everything was just perfect. This is our forth stay in My Story Figueira. Since we stayed the first time this is the hotel we choose in Lisbon every time. Location is great, near everything. It is both convenient if walking or using any public transportation: metro, bus, elétrico or comboio. The breakfast is great. For instance, fruits are diversified, and the breads are varied and well prepared. There are many custom-made options. The restaurant is a good option for lunch or dinner. The room is very comfortable (temperature and linens), and the shower is really good. But the best is the staff. They really make you feel welcome. You leave the hotel knowing everybody by name. And there are many of them.

I absolutely loved my stay at My Story Hotel Figueira. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything I needed. They made me feel truly at home.

The location is simply unbeatable. It’s in the heart of Lisbon, within walking distance of Rossio, Chiado, Praça do Comércio, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and public transport, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The room was modern, well-equipped, quiet despite the central location, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected quality and care. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. If anything, I only wish I had stayed longer.

Heerlijk en gastvrij hotel
Pros:

Mooi ingerichte kamer met een lekker groot bed en goede badkamer. Ook het restaurant beviel uitstekend; we hebben er twee keer heerlijk gegeten. Het hotel is mooi centraal gelegen; we hebben alles verder te voet gedaan. Indien gewenst: de tram stopt voor de deur en wij vonden Uber ook handig. Wat ons verblijf echt bijzonder maakte: mijn vrouw was tijdens ons verblijf jarig en blijkbaar had iemand tijdens het inchecken en controleren van de ID's goed opgelet. Op haar verjaardag stond er 's avonds een fles bubbels in ijs klaar, samen met een heerlijk chocoladetaartje. Superattent en zeer gewaardeerd. Wij weten al waar we de volgende keer weer naar toe gaan als we Lissabon bezoeken!

Wonderful.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious! Several options and very fresh ingredients - fresh fruit was flavorful. Location was great for walking for food, river front, watch party area for FIFA games, bus and Rossio station.
