We absolutely loved our stay at My Story Hotel Figueira. The location is simply perfect — it would be difficult to find a better location for exploring Lisbon. Many of the main attractions, restaurants, shops and public transportation are within easy walking distance.
The rooms were very nice, comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from.
The service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional and always willing to help. A special shout-out to Afonso for his excellent restaurant recommendations and great attention throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay in Lisbon so enjoyable!

Hotellet hadde perfekt beliggenhet og var et godt utgangspunkt for det meste i byen. Personalet var hyggelige, hjelpsomme og ga det lille ekstra.
Rommet sto til alle forventninger, med velfungerende aircondition, fint bad, god seng, godt lydisolert og praktisk med kjøleskap.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The hotel was very clean, the staff were kind, professional, and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I also truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise with a card and cake—it made my stay even more memorable.

The location is perfect. Close to amazing restaurants and tons of activities. The hotel has wonderful breakfast and a cute front patio that is perfect for people watching. The staff was very helpful and gave tons of great recommendations for tours and places to visit.

Great location and clean rooms

Everything was just perfect. This is our forth stay in My Story Figueira. Since we stayed the first time this is the hotel we choose in Lisbon every time. Location is great, near everything. It is both convenient if walking or using any public transportation: metro, bus, elétrico or comboio. The breakfast is great. For instance, fruits are diversified, and the breads are varied and well prepared. There are many custom-made options. The restaurant is a good option for lunch or dinner. The room is very comfortable (temperature and linens), and the shower is really good. But the best is the staff. They really make you feel welcome. You leave the hotel knowing everybody by name. And there are many of them.

I absolutely loved my stay at My Story Hotel Figueira. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything I needed. They made me feel truly at home.

The location is simply unbeatable. It’s in the heart of Lisbon, within walking distance of Rossio, Chiado, Praça do Comércio, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and public transport, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The room was modern, well-equipped, quiet despite the central location, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected quality and care. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
