The location is great!
There was an issue in the room hall because it has a bad smell. Luckily there wasn’t any smell in the bedroom.
I like the location. The room, bathroom are clean. I rated a low on clean, because bedding is very worn, the pillows are smelly. We got to the place before noon. Host let us in so that’s very nice of him. Everyone is friendly.
There is no breakfast in this place, so I feel‘breakfast is included’ is very misleading. We were given a huge box of snacks . Coffee is just a bag of instant coffee. They do have kitchen but that’s not for guests to use. The property is hard to find. The owner has five rooms in it. So the name is not on the building as one would expect.

Very friendly and helpful staff, decent size room with beautiful decoration, with mini fridge, coffee maker and safe in the room. Very clean in the room and in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, and location in the heart of the historic centre.
We liked pretty much everything, so no complaints from our part.
Great and easy location for a short stay in Lisbon. Right in the middle of it all.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Great location to easily access the sights. Delicious breakfast buffet with expansive choices. Special appreciation: we left some things behind in our room and they quickly got it mailed to us while we were in Porto.

Hotel tem uma localização incrível, fácil de fazer os pontos centrais a pé, e bem na frente tem metro e pontos de "elétricos" alem de ser muito bem servido de Uber e Taxi. A decoração é muito legal, o restaurante que fica junto com o Lobby, na entrada, é muito bom, excelente na verdade. Quarto como um todo é muito bom também.

Location was perfect. In the middle of many dining and sight seeing activities. Taxi, Uber, Tram/Trolley easily available in the square in the fron of the hotel.
Air Conditioning did not work well. Everything else was great. Our friends said the AC in their room worked perfectly.

Just how helpful all the staff were. The breakfast was very good, the beds comfy, the location was busy, lots going on, but quiet (not disturbed).
