Hotel bellísimo y personal profesional
Pros:

La atención y las instalaciones. Habitación impecable: cómoda y espaciosa. Han tenido en cuenta un pedido que hice por un aniversario. Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse en Lisboa.

good room, but don't expect good service

the location was very nice, the room was ok.

Cons:

you get what you pay for, only a hotel room with the occassional stain in the sheets or the phone not working at all. but the guest service is just not there, although they were not verbally rude, the non verbal signs scream the opposite. they look through you, not at you. i spoke to them in portuguese to be polite, but it was my mistake. they only like english speaking guests. they didn't even greet me when i walked in or greeted them first, they just ignored me in every occasion. i hate leaving this comment, because i do the same job they do, but i feel that maybe the way i looked was not "foreigner" enough for them. they even greeted and offered a drink to the person right behind me and didn't even look at me, while we were both checking in!

Gute Lage und freundliches Personal, aber durch Restaurant und Geruch deutlich getrübt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist top und sehr praktisch. Das Service-Personal war durchwegs freundlich.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und hat grundsätzlich alles geboten, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war eine große Enttäuschung – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gehört zu den schlechtesten, die ich bisher erlebt habe.
Zusätzlich ist das Treppenhaus kaum benutzbar, da dort eine starke Geruchsbelästigung aus dem Toilettenabfluss herrscht, was den Gesamteindruck erheblich verschlechtert.

Posizione stupenda, vicino a tutto compresi bus, metro e tram. Personale preparato, gentile e accogliente. La camera spettacolare con una super vista e colazione spaziale!! Se mai dovessi tornare a Lisbona farei di nuovo tappa qui 100%

Extremely comfortable and inviting Hotel with wonderful reception staff
Pros:

We had a very friendly welcome and didn’t have to wait for the room to be prepared. The staff were knowledgeable and very client focussed.
The room was exceedingly comfortable but a little bit under it when we needed bright light

Cons:

The outdoor bar was nice except very strong sunlight in the afternoon and the small inside drinking area looks temporary not very Inviting.
