location, staff and cleanliness were superb. facilities and breakfast were basic enough
breakfast
The property was in close proximity to all the attractions in Dublin we wished to see
The Brooks hotel is an outstanding hotel in a great location. The service was excellent especially Roger in the bar where we watched several world cup games.
Excellent location to participate in the local lifestyle and enjoy Dublin’s unique history and culture
A non water saver shower
Pickpockets and very crowded late night venues
Most kitchens closed at 9.30pm. Difficult to find a proper restaurant after the theatre
Lovely hotel with a great bartender Roger. Super friendly and welcoming!
Marion at reception was fantastic. With a new born baby, Marion was able to give us an upgrade for a comfortable stay. The room was so comfortable and breakfast delicious. We will be back.
breakfast. service was generally very good but a bit uneven. Front desk was attentive bur messed up our car to the airport on departure.
Room was tiny due to Metallica concert among other reasons. Room service menu was limited and closed down too early. Street noise from 6 am garbage pickup.
This was a beautiful hotel and in a great location. Just a few steps from the front door is Powerscourt shopping, Bambino, Morso, Grafton street, Molly Malone statue & George’s arcade shops. The staff were amazing. Yara, Christina & Roger were absolutely amazing from check-in to check out. Everyone there was so friendly and went above and beyond. The room was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The decor was also beautiful and soothing and loved the shower gel from Dublin herbalists.
We had a wonderful time at the Brooks Hotel! It was a splurge for us but absolutely worth every penny. The breakfast has something for everyone, the staff are helpful and friendly. It is in the middle of the busy Temple Bar district, but inside the hotel is a calm oasis. Highly recommended!
