Pros:

Clean, great location and security was great. However the heating/AC vent is aimed directly at the head of the bed. It’s high up and isn’t adjustable. You have to choose between a comfortable temperature and having air blown in your face all night

Great cheap option near Rittenhouse.
Pros:

Great location for significantly less money than other options. Simple, modern, and spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Checkin was chaotic as the front desk is in a public area with a separate restaurant. Literally standing in a busy hallway. Took way too long to check in. This should be easy to fix. Rooms are really small, but thoughtful and modern design. Great for short stay and during good weather. Not a room that is as comfortable if you are in it for a longer trip or have limited ability to walk around Philly.

Komfortables Hotel mitten in Philadelphia
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shops sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten ist die Metro Station auch sehr in der Nähe

Cons:

Beim Check-in gab es Engpässe mit den verfügbaren Zimmern. Erst im zweiten Anlauf und nach einer Diskussion habe ich das Zimmer bekommen

Very nice
Pros:

I truly enjoyed my stay. It’s affordable, clean, comfortable and right in the downtown!

Cons:

A perfect place for a solo traveler
Pros:

The property was clean and well located to the places we were interested in going to. Front desk staff was nice and we were given a late check out which was very helpful

Cons:

Room was very small and I don’t think k the bed was a queen. Maybe a full? Also would have loved a coffee pot!!

Good hotel choice
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping very good. Rooms were small with no chair to sit on, but the bed was comfy and the bathroom had everything one might need. Didn't like the highly perfumed soaps and shampoos so next time will take my own. Mexican restaurant near the lobby was awful, but there are other good places to eat nearby. Cafe on the ground floor for breakfast was very convenient.

小綺麗な雰囲気は出ていた

Cons:

前の人のゴミが片されていなかった。ドライヤーが壊れていた。廊下の人の話し声や、隣の部屋の声がはっきりと聞こえていて、睡眠を妨げた。

Pros:

I like the location

Cons:

when I booked, it said that there was parking, but it didn’t tell me there was paid parking. I think the hotel needs to disclosure that more clear. Another thing is free breakfast when I booked it say free breakfast and there wasn’t true so I was a little disappointed, but I like their location.

Great Stay
Pros:

Fantastic stay at the Motto. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of little storage compartments around the room.

The location was great, really central to Philadelphia and we were able to use this hotel as a perfect base to explore the area. Staff were very friendly, including at the ground floor bar, and the rooftop bar.

We felt the price we paid was very fair for the quality of the stay.

The only minor criticisms are that there’s limited space to hang clothes (no wardrobe, just a small rail area), and that the rooms do not have a kettle although this was something we found across the USA.

Would not hesitate to stay in the Motto again, both here or at another location.
