Fantastic location and really well serviced. Santiago was so lovely.
I highly recommend staying here. There’s no reception as they come to you. WhatsApp communications are perfect and they answer 24/7 immediately.

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Das Personal ist zwar hilfsbereit aber auf die ausgewählten Versprechungen kann man sich leider nicht verlassen. Hatten 2 Mal ein Lunch Paket bestellt, weil unsere Ausflüge früh beginnen haben, allerdings war dies in der früh leider nicht da.

No tiene recepción por lo que la comunicación ha de ser por WhatsApp para todo .
El desayuno, para mi gusto muy flojo.
Creo que no cuesta nada poner unas hojas de coca y un poco de agua para facilitar la aclimatación , es una cuestión de salud del viajero .Fue el único hotel del viaje en el que no nos lo dejaron
La habitación era pequeña , apenas cabían las dos maletas abiertas a la vez

Decepcionante.
Cons:

No es un hotel porque no tiene ningún lugar común, solo dispones de la habitación como servicio. Contratamos alojamiento con desayuno y te llevan el mismo a la habitación que es muy chica e incómoda para desayunar. Y el café es malo.

No se trata de un hotel porque no tiene lugares comunes, solo la habitación. La estadía contratada incluía desayuno que lo servían en la habitación lo cuál era muy incómodo porque las habitaciones son muy chicas. Y traían la leche y el café en tazas, no en termos, con lo cuál en la práctica estaban siempre frío a la hora de querer tomarlo. Y lo peor fue que en las tres noches que estuve nunca prendieron la caldera de los radiadores de calefacción habiendo temperaturas mínimas cercanas a 0.

Cons:

Hubo un poco de ruido de la puerta contigua cuando la gente hacía su check-in tarde en la noche dado que no hay recepción, pero fue poco. La calefacción tenía horario, sin embargo no pasamos frío en la noche.

Very helpful and friendly staff, superb breakfast delivered at the time requested to the room, comfortable room with useful kitchenette. Good location and lovely view over a green space.

Cons:

I’d been concerned that with no reception and a need to connect to hotel WiFi to contact the host to open the door there might be a problem after a very long journey by road. However, the host answered the bell and gave us a warm welcome, so all was good regardless

Cama confortável, espaço limpo, café da manhã excelente e direto no quarto. mesmo sem ter recepção 24h, Aldo nos aguardou para check in tardio e foi muito gentil e prestativo! O hotel fica exatamente acima do escritório da INCARAIL onde saem os onibus rumo a Machu Picchu, o que tornou nosso retorno muito prático. A vista da sacada também é incrível

La habitación completa y con cocina super práctica. Buena vista a Qorikancha, cerca de todo. Muy buena elección.

Cons:

El desayuno venia a la habitación. Era algo limitado. Pero tenian la cortesia decofrecer vianda cuando las excursiones comenzaban antes del horario de desayuno (6:30)
