I didn’t realize I lost my debit card three months ago because I use my mobile app but I did realize it when the Phoenix hotelstaff members fraudulently charged my card $100 and are refusing to refund it telling me I can call the police if I want my money back whatever staff member is out there stealing from people, I hope you get your karma and for anyone who wants to book for with the Phoenix hotel justknow they will steal your money out of your bank account. They are shady. They are as shady as the area the hotel is located in.

Pros:

La struttura, rimasta in stile anni ‘70, era molto carina. La piscina era pulita e venivano forniti gli asciugamani dall’hotel. Il personale era fantastico e accogliente. La struttura era abbastanza pulita e le camere spaziose.

Cons:

La zona attorno e un pò degradata con molti senzatetto, ma non e pericolosa. Ci sono pochi posti auto.

It’s a very good hotel in a not so great location. I’m impress with how they make it the best they can.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Someone is always there at the reception overnight looking out the parking lot, and they make sure every hotel guest gets parking. Beds are comfortable, pillows are nice, bathroom clean.

Cons:

The area is pretty rough. Addicted and characters around.

Perfect overnight escape to a Bay Area landmark with a lot
