Pros:

Propre, moderne, bien équipé, emplacement près des services nécessaires, transport en commun et restauration.

Cons:

Appartement situé directement en face d’un club pour jeunes adultes où , pour les 3 premières nuits de notre séjour, le party commençait à 10:00 pm et se terminait à 4:00 am. Chaque soir, le party s’étendait à l’extérieur du club sur la rue piétonne et les jeunes s’entassaient jusqu’au mur de notre appartement. Impossible pour ma femme et moi de dormir avec tout ce bruit même avec des bouches-oreilles, c’est tout dire. Un vrai cauchemar. 3 nuits blanches consécutives, je peux vous dire que ça fatigue pas à peu près. J’ai contacté LiV MTL qui m’ont tout simplement dit être désolés pour nous, que cette situation (emplacement de l’appartement) était indiqué dans leur annonce de location de Booking.com sous l’item « Safety & Property ». J’ai essayé à plusieurs reprises de trouvé cet item, mais sans succès. Si cette item existe, il est très bien caché dans leur annonce. J’ai conseillé à LiV MTL de mettre cet avertissement en évidence pour éviter aux futurs clients de vivre le même cauchemar que nous. Dommage, nous avons oublié de prendre des photos de ces party. Pour nous, c’était une première location avec LiV MTL et la dernière.

Comfortable apartment, great location to enjoy Montreal!
Pros:

The location was great for us. It put us right where we wanted to be for McGill graduation activities.

Cons:

The property is on a pedestrian lane directly across from a large club which was quite populated and noisy on Saturday night. That said - we did not hear the noise once we got into the apartment itself. Just wanted to mention that.

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville à pieds et proche de restaurants. La climatisation car dans la mezzanine il fait très chaud.

Cons:

La chambre sans fenêtre avec un éclairage très limité au vue des ampoules des lampes peu éclairantes. Peu de lumière aussi dans le séjour. Logement très bruyant. On dirait que les voisins vivent avec vous. Pour la tranquillité ce n’est pas idéal.

Pas pu rentrer dans l'appartement : éviter Liv MTL Main

Je n'ai jamais pu rentrer dans la chambre, l'hôte n'a jamais envoyé la procédure pour récupérer les clefs ni répondu à mes messages. C'est inadmissible. L'hôte doit me rembourser maintenant!
