A night in Bern!
Pros:

A very comfortable room.

Cons:

Light switches were a bit difficult to manage until I found a further set of switches. A plug point at bedside table height for my phone would have been more convenient. It was difficult not to flood the bathroom floor when having a shower.

Gehe wieder aber eher teuer für eine Kongressnacht.

Das Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett.

Cons:

TV hat sich ständig unterbrochen und black screen gegeben! Konnte die Nachrichten auf SRF nicht störungsfrei sehen. Replay ging auf anderem Kanal. Frühstückstisch war nicht abgewischt. Buffet aber gut und vielseitig!

Excellent Hotel!!
Pros:

A wonderful hotel!
This hotel and it's excellent staff make a big effort to look after its guests. In particular, Tobias and Elias at the front desk have gone out of their way to helping us with all sorts of little bits of advice and information. The other front desk staff also have been good
The hotel is really well situated. Close to the centre of town. Rooms are very nice, everything works, room service is excellent, and if you ask for extra towels it never seems to be a problem!
We highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Bern we will certainly book here again

Стеклянная дверь в туалет через которую все видно странное дизайнерское решение. Окно - в световую шахту. В описании к номеру об этом ни слова (ну или где-то таким мелким шрифтом написано, что не найдешь)
