Bra hjälpsam personal, rent och fräscht, läget var mycket bra du har allt inom 5 minuters promenad, frukosten var bra, men rummet var inget vidare det var ett standard rum och till det pris du betalar så skulle jag säga att det inte var värt det

Parkeringen låg långt iväg och det kändes som ett stort minus

Pros:

Die Roof Top Bar und das Personal dort ist super.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.
Das Zimmer in der Hausecke war eher gross, angenehm umd ruhig.
Nr. 304 bitte für nächstes Jahr reservieren.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht zufriedenstellend.
Wir mussten um 09Uhr mehrmals für Nachsschub nachfragen, das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich.
Deshalb gingen wir am 2. Morgen auswärts Frühstücken.

Das einzige was mir beim Frühstück gefehlt hat sind Haferflocken und Leinsamen zum druntermischen für den joghurt und die Müslimischungen. Einfach um den Ballaststoffanteil zu erhöhen. Sonst alles perfekt.

Fantástico!!
Pros:

Se trata de un hotel antiguo, re acondicionado a nuevo. Excelente el personal de recepción. El lugar del desayuno y la calidad del mismo es insuperable. Habitación y baño amplios y muy bien insonorizados. Tiene un bar en el roof-top del último piso con muy buenas vistas para ir a tomar algo. Además muy bien ubicado.

Es un excelente hotel pero caro como todo en Suiza.

Fabulous hotel for a stay in Bern
Pros:

The hotel is is a perfect location in the old town area. The building is old but has been fully renovated and is beautiful. Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet and had everything to make our stay enjoyable. Staff was helpful with dinner recommendations and directions to local attractions. Everything is walkable. The hotel has a very nice roof top bar with great views and lively atmosphere.

Cons:

I liked everything about this hotel and would love to stay here if I return to Bern.
