One of the best hotels in Boston!
Pros:

I cannot credit Moxy Downtown Boston enough - it was a fantastic place to stay. The location, theme of the hotel, cleanliness, food available at the bar/after hour snacks, room size and thoughtful design - all AMAZING! Can’t wait to return.

Cons:

The hotel could look into including room service, rather than the take-away bar downstairs.

Couldn’t adjust the ac, room was very warm for mid summer, the bed was very hard, noisy location but that was on us for staying right next to the venue and in the hustle bustle

Great location, nice staff, decent room
Pros:

The hotel itself is well-maintained, the room was very clean and organized, and the location of the hotel is perfect. You can be anywhere in minutes. The staff was great.

Cons:

The bar area and the roof bar area need a refresh. The food was just okay. It felt kinda like being in a hostel. The roof option is pretty lame too.

The atmosphere the vibe that the hotel gives everyone was so friendly and helpful an the rooms was amazing and the view is unbelievable from the rooftop and my room

Excellent hotel lovely room friendly staff
Pros:

The reception staff were very friendly. The vouchers you received on check in for free drinks, food discount and a bottle of water was an excellent addition which I didn’t expect. The room was clean and had everything in it.

Cons:

O must’ve had an accessible room which is fair enough however when u was leaving the room or indeed opened the door to someone the door wouldn’t close unless it was automatic. I waited rack time until the door had closed properly which did take a minute or so

Cons:

前台员工需加强培训和改进态度。我check in时接待的那位前台男士找不到我的有效订单记录，还是旁边那位女士帮忙才搞定。问题是那位男士还硬说是因为我取消过订单才导致他没找到有效记录有点强词夺理。
