We did not eat the breakfast and our room was very loud because it was over the roof of another building that made noise all night
Lighting in the room was awful. Trying to put on make up impossible. There were zero blankets or a down comforter. The room was very cold without the fan or air-conditioning on.

Venue was fab, lots of little extras, like bottles of water and coffee available. Very nice and different decor in general areas and in rooms. Great use of space in small rooms. Views from our bedroom window were amazing
The carpet in the hallways was a bit bumpy and could cause a fall. Sliding door for the bathroom in our room didn’t stay closed, kept sliding back so bit annoying.
Everything was amazing from the staff to the service and the location. Views of Boston Common and the river are spectacular. My third stay and I’ll be coming back again.

Small room, bed much too close to window to walk around. No breakfast tea available a couple of days. Very slow service for breakfast on one day.

Ubicación muy buena para recorrer el centro de la ciudad a pie, y con metro a 5-10 minutos andando para visitar otros barrios. Zona con bares y restaurantes.
Muy buen detalle que nos dieron vales para desayunar a la carta en el hotel.
Imposible dormir bien por el ruido. La zona es extremadamente ruidosa en cuanto a tráfico hasta la madrugada, al menos en fin de semana.. Y el hotel no tiene el aislamiento adecuado, ni externo -a pesar de estar en un piso 21 nos llegaba todo el ruido-, ni interno ya que también se oían ruidos de cama de la habitación vecina.
Tampoco el colchón era cómodo.
The service and attentiveness of the staff were ten out of ten, everyone was very kind and helpful. The layout and facilities were exceptionally comfortable, which made our trip to Boston an absolute delight.
