Cons:

Non viene menzionato né nell’annuncio su Booking né nel riepilogo della prenotazione che c’è in deposito cauzionale di 40,77$ che dovrebbe essere reso, per 1 notte da me trascorsa.
Dopo 10 giorni lavorativi - questi i termini che mi avevano comunicato al desk - non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso della cauzione. Mi ero fatta dare un’e-mail dal personale proprio per avere riscontro, ho scritto, nessuna risposta.
Nella stanza ci sono bottigliette d’acqua in vetro sul comodino. Dopo un lungo viaggio, è plausibile bere un sorso d’acqua. Ti accorgi poi che la bottiglia costa 7$ da un etichetta. Perché è in vetro. Non molto carino come welcome, una bottiglietta d’acqua penso si possa offrire.
In effetti la notte, la stanza risulta rumorosa per via delle ambulanza / polizia che transitano .Difficile dire se sia un problema di insonorizzazione o proprio la zona di scorrimento la notte.

Great location within walkable distance of everything and really comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Really great location with comfy, modern rooms. Staff were all super friendly and the daily food/drink vouchers were a happy surprise!

Cons:

We genuinely were very impressed with everything. One minor complaint was that room service missed our room one day so it wasn't clean, we wouldn't let this affect our overall experience though as they were excellent otherwise.

Pros:

Very disappointed with this hotel. We booked through Booking.com, and the hotel charged extra fees from our account without clear explanation. When I asked the staff why this happened, they simply answered that it was because we booked through Booking.com. This is not professional and feels unfair to guests. The communication was poor, and the whole experience left a negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel.
