Our stay at nhow Amsterdam RAI was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel stood out with its bold, modern design, artistic details, and vibrant atmosphere. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, creativity, and comfort.
The room accommodations were truly 5-star. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable, and had an incredible view of Amsterdam. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, and every space feels thoughtfully curated and unique.
One of our favorite touches was the candy bar—such a fun and unexpected amenity! The hotel also has beautiful restaurants and inviting spaces that make it tempting to spend time enjoying the property rather than simply using it as a place to sleep.
The location is another major highlight. The RAI train station is only about a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Amsterdam and getting around the city. Despite being so well connected, the hotel itself feels like a stylish retreat from the hustle and bustle.
What really makes nhow Amsterdam RAI special is the overall experience. It’s modern without feeling sterile, artistic without being overwhelming, and luxurious while still feeling fun and welcoming. Add the incredible city views, fantastic accommodations, beautiful dining spaces, and unbeatable location, and you have a hotel that is very easy to love.

Ogni stanza è a tema e sono tutte curate nei minimi dettagli
Oltre alle stanze che sono fantastiche hanno anche tutti i comfort tra cui mini market al piano terra
Un bar al primo piano
Una palestra con vista al decimo piano
Un ristorante e una sala per le colazioni con vista al 17º piano
E al 24º piano hanno un ristorante e un locale con vista a dir poco fantastici
E per finire ottima qualità-prezzo
È la seconda volta che vengo in questo hotel e ci tornerò di sicuro

Pros:

Perfektes Hotel für eine Städtereise! Unser Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt: Die Metro mit direkter Anbindung in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof Amsterdam Centraal ist schnell erreichbar. De Pijp mit seinen vielen Restaurants, Bars und Cafés ist fußläufig entfernt und auch zum Flughafen Schiphol kommt man bequem mit dem Zug. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und bot eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

The hotel is quite new and it has well sized rooms.

Cons:

The location is a bit far and on the day of checkout a member of staff came and knocked on the door at 08:30 AM even though the checkout was 11:30 AM.

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

Very stylish and modern, many - but really many - elevators, very nicely decorated and unique rooms. All that way through the building and restaurants and bar you can see all the attention to detail. The breakfast really is amazing. High quality, everything I could think of was there - and more.

Cons:

Our room had something outside that slammed every couple mins. Maybe bad luck, or draft of air as we were in front of a hallway

Pros:

An ideal hotel for experiencing Amsterdam

A spacious room with an excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent — very close to the metro and with easy access to all parts of the city. I also really appreciated that the hotel is in a quiet, less crowded area. The rooms are well soundproofed, the air conditioning works very well, and there is a coffee machine and a small fridge in the room. A small freezer would be a great addition, especially for storing ice cream!

One day I had breakfast on the 17th floor, and it was excellent. There was a huge variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty.

Cons:

Because there are many members of staff at the reception, the level of service is not always consistent. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and lovely, while on a few occasions I felt that more could have been done to assist me.

On the day of my arrival, I arrived very early, left my luggage, and was told that they expected my room to be ready by 12:00. I returned at 2:00 p.m., but a different receptionist told me to leave my phone number and that I would be notified when the room was ready. In the end, the room was not ready until after 3:00 p.m. — and only when I approached a manager was the issue resolved immediately.

The room was also not cleaned for two days. After I contacted reception, I was offered a complimentary breakfast as compensation, which was much appreciated.

Despite these issues, this is a wonderful hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Fornøyd med oppholdet.
Pros:

Beliggenheten. Kort vei til alt rundt Amsterdam samtidig som man ikke var helt i midten av byen.

Cons:

Manglet casting på TV. Baren på første etasje var stengt.
