Fantastisch uitzicht
Pros:

Kamer was fantastisch. We zaten op de 21ste verdieping met een waanzinnig uitzicht over Amsterdam. Ontbijt was top. Allergenen goed aangegeven. Locatie is top. Trein- en metrostation en tramhalte echt om de hoek (max 2 min lopen).

Matras was vrij hard

Oda büyüklüğü, temizliği çok iyi. Otelin konumu muhteşem. Bir daha gitsem yine aynı otelde kalırım. 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde metro var. 3 durak sonra Rokin durağında inip Amsterdam merkeze ulaşıyorsunuz. İnanılmaz kolay

Very good location and nice design.

Cons:

I arrived at the property late in the evening and was quite tired. Although I had specifically requested a room with one large bed, I was given a room with two single beds pushed together.

Unfortunately, the staff were not willing to offer a complimentary upgrade, and I had to pay extra myself to get the bed arrangement I had originally requested.

I believe that offering a complimentary upgrade in this situation would have been a thoughtful gesture of customer service, especially considering my late arrival and the fact that my original request had not been met. It was disappointing that the staff showed little flexibility or willingness to help.

TOP locatie, metro vlakbij, je kan het niet gemakkelijker hebben!
Heel mooi hotel, fantastisch ontbijt, absoluut de moeite! Mooie en ruime kamers met super mooi uitzicht. Stille kamers.

Cons:

Parking is prijzig!
Inchecken verliep moeizaam, had 2 kamers en moest alle info terug doorgeven, apart afrekenen,...stond 20 min aan de balie voor check in. Om 16.30u nog steeds niet duidelijk of onze kamer in orde was. Nog moeten wachten door alles na te vragen. Voor de, toch wel hoge prijs, van één nacht is dat iets dat niet kan.
Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, daar was absoluut niets op aan te merken! Nan deed heel snel veel moeite om ons te helpen en de juiste info te hebben, BEDANKT Nan! :-)
Dit alles heeft natuurlijk geen echte afbreuk gedaan maar was wel een mindere ervaring. We zouden zeker terugkomen!

Zeer basic, maar proper op topligging
Pros:

Parking mogelijk in het gebouw van het hotel. De regio: toch buiten het centrum, maar toch vlakbij lekker restaurant en metro.

Cons:

De kamer was echt zeer klein en basic voor wat het had gekost.
