Pros:

Chambres très confortables et calmes, petit déjeuner top, salle de sport avec des équipements de qualité.
Situation géographique très bien desservie

Cons:

Le early check in très cher, ce service pourrait etre offert si la chambre est prête, pas de prêt de parapluie (en location), velos plus chers que chez un loueur

Die großen Zimmer sind Luxus pur

großes Eckzimmer ok, liegt am Autobahnkreuz und Bahntrasse, Fenster ohne
Öffnen, daher überraschend ruhig, Frühstück hektisch trotz
ausreichend Platz und zwei Buffets, wovon eines auch bei Vollbetrieb um ca 10h schliesst, man wird aber nicht hinausgeschmissen, Buffet wird abgeräumt, Rezeption hat teilweise junges unerfahrenes Personal, Frühstückzeiten zu erfragen war mündlich nicht möglich, detto öffentliche Anbindung ins Zentrum? Hier meine Antwort U 52 Europaplein ist die Station ins Center, Richtung NORTH, ca 10min im Zentrum- Ticketautomat völlig einfach zu bedienen, beim Verlassen der U Bahn benötigt man wieder den Fahrschein! U-Bahn ist unbedenklich, kein ungutes Publikum, wie sonst in Großstädten.
Fitnessraum gut, eigentlich fehlt für die Größe ein Spa Bereich, Bar
war nicht unser Geschmack, ewiges Warten auf Bestellung, dann
eine Entschuldigung von Barleiter aber wieder ewiges Warten auf die Drinks (Auslastung 19 Gäste 4 Kellner!] Trift aber auf das ganze Haus zu etwa 20% des Personals sind Top der Rest grottenschlecht also nicht aufgeben manchmal hat man Glück. Eigentlich schade für das Hotel, letztlich trifft es für ganz Amsterdam zu- es fehlt gutes Personal- da fühlen wir uns in Italien wohler
