Pros:

It was beautiful and staff were great.

Cons:

No free items in the mini fridge and charges to have them removed. But we put them in a drawer so it was no problem.

Pros:

Clean and well presented

Cons:

Room 118 was missing a chair from its balcony. Staff should be aware of this when they do their cleaning.
Also check up was queued - staffing could be better

Pros:

Lovely hôtel. Lovely pool area. Plenty of seating. Good location close to Aquarium, Tomb of the Pharoahs and waterfront restaurants

Cons:

No milk frother to go with coffee maker.

We both feel there were much better hotel options having now been to Cairns. I’d suggest a veranda is a must and a small

Location wasn’t too bad

Cons:

Very little wardrobe space for hanging clothes. No drawer space at all. Room was small for a 7 night stay felt cramped. We were able to make a cuppa in the morning because we bought our own coffee pods and t bags. That’s weren’t replenished. Did not present as a 5 star hotel
