Very central and convenient location in Georgetown. Jetties, Temples, hawker centres, coffee shops within 20 minutes walk.
Complimentary carpark behind the hotel.
Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice and restful decor with copper fittings in bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained. Helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel signboard is tiny! No frontage - can't spot the hotel if driving.
Access road to hotel carpark is narrow and sometimes blocked by badly parked cars and bins.

La limpieza de la habitación, es cierto que era antigua pero creo que si la limpieza hubiese sido buena el tema de la antigüedad de los muebles no se tiene en cuenta.
Pero por el precio que pagamos … no está mal.

The outdoor wooden fence of the small garden room has broken and is damaged.
Great location, had everything I needed.
The air-conditioning unit wasn't very good, super noisy which made it hard to sleep through the night as it clunked often. Didn't cool very well considering it was on 16 either.
location was great, within walking distance to many F&B and local attractions. Hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood, no pubs and bars playing loud music at night.

Great staff fantastic location
Location was very good. Check in and check out processes were quite fast. Providing cold water at reception was very good, although there was no ice machine. WiFi was of adequate speed but there were times when it dropped.
The room felt like it was not maintained well. The hand held bidet was leaking from when we checked in all the way until we checked out. There was very little air circulation in the hotel and in the rooms, it smelt of damp in many areas.
The staff was not friendly and didn't greet guests who came in, they seemed preoccupied with their phones.
The place didn't seem very secure as the front door wasn't locked and we didn't need the fob to get in. There were also many times when the front desk wasn't manned even early in the evening, which meant anyone could come in and out of the hotel.
