バルコニーのお風呂が良かった。
アクセスが極端にわかりにくいが、予約サイトに説明がない。
チェックイン時の説明が丁寧ではない（バルコニーの風呂の使い方など）
館内スリッパなのだが、最も安い使い捨てを使っているので快適ではない、数十円の追加で
使いすいてでも良いスリッパが用意できるのに。
朝食はすべて紙皿、紙コップで残念。
富士山パーキングから近くだった。
歩ける距離で、飲食店がたくさんあった。
スタッフが優しかった。
貸切風呂が無料で使用出来た。
近隣の道が狭く車が大変だった。
館内が賑やかで落ち着かなかった。

立地が最高です。
しかし、バスルームは改善の余地が大いにあります。ジャグジーは詰まっていて、シャワーをひねっても水が流れず、ジャグジーに水が溜まってしまいました。本当に気持ち悪かったです。さらに、洗面台の蛇口をひねって歯を磨こうとすると、床に水が漏れていました。ホテルのマネージャーに伝えましたが、何も対応してくれませんでした。
環境設備がペンションと変わり無かった。
朝食も貧弱で、物足りないものでした。
日式風格很喜歡！有露天風呂，很棒！
住二樓沒有電梯，搬大行李蠻不方便的。

Lovely traditional cabin and garden. Nice shared lounge area where they store luggage. Good location for taking the bus to 5th station and bus to Tokyo by the Highland Q.
Our private onsen had a tiny crack, so kept needing topping up
It was great. We stayed three days in Fuji-go-ko but only one day here, and wished we'd stayed here the whole time. The room was really nice, and the location felt rural even though it was on the edge of a city, within walkable distance of a bunch of restaurants, and Fuji Q Highland. Breakfast was nice, not a huge range of stuff but definitely enough. We stayed on a weekday and it was great value, although I see they crank the prices on the weekend.
The paper plates/cups at breakfast was a bit wierd, something that made it feel very hostel-like, but I can understand why. And I'd have given another point if the sauna was running.

The room was clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the large bathroom with its large bath, which you can book for up to an hour. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was a nice extra, which made the room rate very reasonable.
We arrived by car, so it was fine; however, if you are relying on pubic transport, you may find the location a little inconvenient. There are a couple of chain restaurants within easy walking distance, but again, if you do not have a car...
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la vasca da bagno esterna in pietra, che era davvero rilassante e piacevole da utilizzare dopo una giornata in giro.
Un altro grande punto a favore è stata la colazione: era disponibile anche una colazione internazionale, con molta scelta e tutto molto buono.
Il check-in è disponibile dalle 15:00, ma se si arriva prima è possibile lasciare le valigie in deposito.
Nel complesso è stata un'ottima esperienza e consiglio sicuramente questo hotel.
Non ci sono stati problemi, ci siamo trovati bene su tutto.
