Unfortunately, our three-night stay did not meet the standards we would expect from a four-star hotel.

The first major issue was housekeeping. The bed linen had visible stains in several places, as shown in the photos. After housekeeping serviced the room, the bed was made extremely poorly and untidily — honestly, it looked more like a bed made by a small child than by professional housekeeping staff in a four-star hotel.

During our entire three-night stay, the bathroom amenities, including shampoo and soap, were never replenished. Even the glasses we had used for drinks the previous evening were left unwashed the following day.

There was an electric kettle in the room, but strangely, nothing was provided with it — no tea, no coffee, and not even complimentary drinking water. Having a kettle without anything to actually prepare with it seemed rather pointless, particularly for a hotel of this category.

Breakfast was another major disappointment. The photos advertised by the hotel give the impression of a much more varied buffet, showing different cheeses, cold cuts, nuts and other options. The reality was very different. There were no nuts at all, and the selection was extremely limited, with essentially one type of cheese, one type of olives, eggs and a few other basic items.

The bread and croissants were stale, hard and did not seem fresh. The coffee machine also appeared to be in serious need of maintenance and descaling. It could take around five minutes just to dispense a small cup of espresso.

Getting hot water for tea was surprisingly difficult as well. Hot water was frequently unavailable, and on several occasions I specifically had to ask for it. Twice, a thermos was brought to me containing lukewarm rather than hot water.

Communication with the staff was also difficult, as several staff members had very limited English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated.

Fenomenalan pogled. Apratman je bio veoma udoban i prostoran. Iako je smeštaj bio Junior suit imali smo odvojenu spavaću sobu sa prostranim bračnim krevetom. Terasa i pogled na zaliv duž celog apartmana. Besplatan parking. Veliki izbor za doručak. Bazen pored što decu oduševljava.

Cons:

Okolina hotela bi mogla biti bolje održavana, kao prostor oko bazena. Put do parkinga bolje asfaltiran. U kupatilu bi bilo dobro da postoji neki prostor za odlaganje stvari i malo više opcija svetlosti.

La recepción súper amable la ubicación estaría genial si hubiera transporte para moverte hasta Kotor el autobus quw había nunca venia en hora no te queda otra que alquilar en nuestro caso moto en coche menudos atascos.Caminando a kotor tres cuartos de hora y al super más cercano media hora el agua fundamental muchísimo calor el mar una maravilla y la pequeña playa de enfrente también la disfrutas

El desayuno mucha cosa y casi nada estaba bueno empezando por el café la bollería dura parecía de días anteriores y es raro pq en kotor había panaderías con un pan riquísimo el del hotel eran rebanadas ya cortadas y secas que ni tostadoras en la mini tostadora que había. Nuestra ducha perdía agua y salia hacia fuera una toalla siempre en el suelo para no resbalar pues la alfombrilla solo el primer día se lo comentamos a la chica ya solo nos dejaba dos toallas.La habitación cómoda y espaciosa
