Pros:

Posizione centrale, comoda per andare a cena sui canali. Dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dal Jaarbeurs center attraversando il centro commerciale Hoog Catherine.

Cons:

Mancava il frigo in camera, sarebbe stato utile avendo richiesto il welcome pack con 6 birre. Almeno ce le hanno tenute in fresco alla reception.

Perfekt läge!
Pros:

Läget är helt perfekt i centrum nära till kanalerna med sina pubar och restauranger.
Personalen var otroligt hjälpsamma och vänliga.
Bjöd på glass när vi checkade in mitt i code red värmen.
Enkla fina rum, skön säng, bra wc med dusch.
Bra samarbete med p-huset.

Het was een zeer warme week in Utrecht (t’s de 30 en 38 gr) . Mits wat gebreken in hotel toch er van genoten !
Pros:

Het hotel was zeer goed gelegen , centrum Utrecht , dichtbij station ! Het ontbijt was ook in orde , veel keuze !

Cons:

Er was geen standaard airco op de kamers , voor een 4 sterren hotel zou dat wel mogen ! Er werd over het algemeen Engels gesproken , ook al zijn we in een Nederlands talig land ! Ook mails en berichten aan de kapotte lift waren in het Engels . Optie was dat ze berichten zowel in het Nederlands of in het Engels zouden uithangen of versturen . Ik kan nu wel iets van Engels maar er zijn altijd Nederlandse die geen Engels kunnen ( en dat voor een hotel in het Nederlandse Utrecht !!!!!!!)

Pros:

Die außergewöhnliche Lage, besser geht es nicht.

Cons:

Anmeldung im Hotel! Trotz Onlineanmeldung wurde die komplette Anmeldung erneut durchgeführt. Dann sollte ich nochmal die Übernachtungssteuer bezahlen. Diese hatte ich aber schon über Booking. com bezahlt. 😒

The bathroom was not clean. Both bedside lamps without funktion. Old fashioned and worn out interior. NO AIRCONDITION and more than 30 degrees at 11 pm. Although having paid an enormous effort for just one night, we checked out at 11:15 pm (we arrived at 3 pm and did not sleep in this so-called 4-star-hotel.
