Sensational
Pros:

It was fantastic. From the moment I arrived until I left everything was amazing. On check in I had some issues with my travel card and Rudy on the desk was incredibly patient and understanding, which I was very grateful as I was quite stressed. He also allowed me to upgrade to a river view room … which was beautiful.

This to me was an exceptional hotel and I cannot recommend it enough.

Pros:

Het was in de stad en overal dichtbij. De parking om de auto te parking was ook vlakbij. Leuk dat je via het hotel een korting kon krijgen voor de parking

Cons:

‘‘s nachts was er toch veel lawaai op straat, maar je ligt natuurlijk in de stad dus dat kan misschien niet anders

Vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie, veel te duur in verhouding tot de zeer verouderde kamers.

De ligging was perfect.

Cons:

De kamers (ondanks deluxe) zijn enorm gedateerd, zo douche je in bad en loopt het water de badkamer in. De airco (waarmee geadverteerd wordt) is centraal geregeld en kan je dus niet zelf bedienen. Met het warme weer van de afgelopen weekend en de zon die vanaf de middag tot zonsondergang vol op de ‘deluxe kamers’ staat, is het echt veel te warm. Daarnaast zijn de kamers slecht geïsoleerd qua geluid en hoor je werkelijk alles, zowel van de kamers om je heen, als van de weg beneden en uitgaand publiek. Het waren drie enorm warme en gehorige nachten. Wij hebben twee kamers geboekt, één voor onze volwassenen kinderen en één voor onszelf en waren ruim € 1500,- kwijt (drie nachten) prijs/kwaliteit waren absoluut niet in verhouding.

Tolle Lage und ein sehr freundliches und serviceorientiertes Personal, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann.
Pros:

gute Lage, ein persönlicher Willkommensgruss, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundliches Personal

Personal unfreundlich, Fahrstuhl defekt!!!
Kann nichts weiter dazu sagen, wir haben die Reise abgebrochen.
Kein entgegen kommen mit der Stornierung. Hat auch nichts geklappt...
Somit das volle Geld kassiert.

Pros:

Location was perfect and the family room was really nice.

Cons:

”Public” parking at shoppingmall was ok but still round 30 EUR for the night. I would have liked a bit better info around how its administrated before arrival. Take the parking ticket to the front desk and they will arrange for the better rate. No biggie but it would have been nice to know exactly how this worked before arrival.

Niet zo ok
Pros:

Dichtbij alles

Cons:

Heel vuil, totaal niet proper gepoetst.
Haar nog op bad. Oud. Water zat nog in de waterkoker van de vorige. Lepel plakte langs alle kanten, overal stof.
Niet ok voor 160 voor 1 nacht.
Ontbijt was ok, simpel
