+ gute Lage mitten in der Stadt
+ einwandfreies Frühstücksbuffet im einzigen modernisierten Raum des Hotels
- keine Ahnung warum hier mit 4 Sternen geworben wird - die völlig abgerockte Einrichtung hat Hostel-Niveau, nur viel älter
- alles ist entweder locker, vergilbt, verkratzt, rissig, abgewetzt oder angeschmuddelt. An jeder Wand alte Dübellöcher oder Risse. Das Foto ist absolut exemplarisch für den Zustand des Zimmers - so ähnlich sieht mit Ausnahme des Frühstücksbereichs alles aus. Das ist auch kein Riesen-Unglück, ist aber meilenweit von 4-Sterne Hotel entfernt.

De deur naar het balkon kon niet opslot. Er kwam wel iemand kijken en heeft een ketting vast gezet! Maar het zou beter zijn als de deur normaal op slot kan!
De kamer en badkamer mogen nog schoner zijn!
Het plafond in de kamer heeft ook een likje verf nodig.

The lift was small but being possibly an historical building it’s fine.
Room was generally clean but under the beds was filthy.
Also on booking.com the parking is misleading. Ypu have to park in the mall and you have reduced price. Also being in a very bike and pedestrian area, driving can be an issue

Deluxe room size decent
View of the Dom tower was outstanding.
Hotel is tired, the.lift is small, it can.be noisy, It needs a bit of tlc and is pretty basic. It has what you need and no more. Even in the deluxe room, so would hate to have booked anything smaller.
Location only
We stayed only for 4 days and we electricity broke down in our room so we have to move rooms in the middle of the night. We have been moved to the room with terrible smell and overall downgrade from what we originally had, so we had to move back to the broken electricity room with the hope that electrician will come tomorrow. He never came neither anyone notified us until we asked. We had to move rooms again. In the new room AC was not working properly, the sink and bathtub was stuck with hairs so water was not going down properly + the tiles on the floor of the bathroom were broken. We have booked an additional night to our stay and made staff aware of it, but it hasn’t been communicated at all so at least 3 times we received calls, knocks on the door if we’re moving out the day before our ACTUAL CHECK OUT. Way too many issues for 4 night stay including not so cheap price
La ubicación es perfecta. El hotel está bien, pero en cuanto prestaciones y la relación calidad precio, me parece que el precio es muy elevado.
Las prestaciones del hotel (tv, productos, almohadas demasiado blandas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien y poca iluminación).
Nice bath
The door to the bathroom did not close, so there was a gap about 5 cm. It is not nice, when you are two people and one of them goes to the toilet.

Nice clean, standard good hotel. Nothing special about it, all good. They were accomodating with the luggage storage next day. Great location in the city centre en still quiet at night.
It was a bit expensive. But all other hotels in Utrecht city centre were equally expensive. Unfortunately no cheaper options available.
