Nice basic motel, good value, close to almost anything you could want.
Pros:

The location was good, central to most things, like shops, beach, lake, main road. I can only vouch for room 12, an upstairs room, which was spacious and well laid out and had a nifty little balcony with table and chairs.

Cons:

Nothing really. Although being in the upstairs rooms it has its usual problems like stairs and distance from the car park, etc, but nothing dramatic.

The floor was dirty. The decor is Asian kitch.

This property is close to where I needed to go to.

Cons:

This property needs a thorough clean. The cutlery and plates were dirty, there were cigarette butts on the balcony, the pillow cases were filthy. A small table and chairs would be great to eat at.

very modern renovated & large room, close to several bus routes & relatively close to cafes & shops

hot water took too long to come through but this is a very minor negative

I will stay here again. It had everything we required for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The size of the room was amazing even though there was three beds. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet despite being in the main road.

Cons:

It was slightly unclean. Just needed a good vacuum and mop, especially the bathroom. The shower drain was also blocked but worked fine once I unblocked it. A sink to wash our dishes would’ve been handy as the bathroom sink wasn’t easy to wash dishes in.
