Because of the fantastic location it was easy to explore Bruges and fit a lot into our short stay
Pros:

Beautiful room, comfort and cleanliness, outstanding value. Thomas at the front desk was so kind and helpful to us, he made excellent suggestions and tips about where to eat.
The location is tucked away on a side street and it was so quiet and I had the best sleep. The quality of the bedding and towels felt luxurious.

Cons:

La moquette della camera era sporca. Avevo prenotato una camera classic vista guardino e con un upgrade gratuito mi hanno messo in una stanza ai piani. Non ho trovato miglioramento in questo cambio. Avrei preferito la mia camera precedente ma non ho chiesto cambi perché stavamo solo una notte. Peccato che alla reception non ci hanno detto della spa inclusa. Avremo potuto usare cosa che non abbiamo fatto. Peccato

Geweldig personeel, toplocatie en een prachtig hotel. Het voelde echt alsof we in een kasteel verbleven in plaats van in een gewoon hotel. Zeker een aanrader!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff
Pros:

Very central and beautiful communal areas, rooms and gardens. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would 100% return should we ever come to Bruges again.

Never adviced that the residences were not on hotel grounds, no room service available for the residences. Had to do a short walk for breakfast every morning.
