We can’t wait to come back
Pros:

We stayed in The Palace Residence and were over the moon with pretty much everything here. The location is great > very central & with everything within walking distance…. That said it’s still nice and quiet just off a Main Street. Then from the great initial impression upon checking in, our expectations were then matched by the wonderful bedroom & bathroom, the beautiful gardens, secure parking, and more! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bruges.

Pros:

Excellent service and really nice rooms. Superb location in the middle of the old city. Breakfast was really excellent and home made bread, juice etc.

Location was excellent. Easy access walk from train. Staff great. Bed excellent. Aircon worked perfect in 30+ weather. Bed comfortable. Quite. Clean. Breakfast was great.

Beautiful hotel, choose room wisely

Great quiet location.

Cons:

Stayed at the residences, and they were located on the street behind the hotel. No room service available for the residences. Had to walk around the hotel, and enter back through their lobby in order to use amenities or the restaurant. No back door, to those rooms… Very uncomfortable if carrying bags or with bad weather.
