The hotel was wonderful and we had an incredible time
Nothing it was perfect
Location, facade, clean
Put in a room with loud humming ventilation noise, unhelpful staff, made to feel embarrassed, headache from the noise, ruined our peaceful stay having to keep asking for it to be turned off again, several staff members confused and implied they didn’t believe us! Eventually gave us a quiet room for our last night at least. No real apology. And couldn’t get out of the expensive car park at the end. Also they said the bill had been paid on arrival but it hadn’t so we had to check and then pay on departure. The initial noisy room we were given was in a different building down the street to the hotel which was not clear on booking
Beautiful!
The location of the hotel was fantastic and the room was large and beautiful. The spa bath was a lovely surprise and we took the opportunity to slow down a little and enjoy the room and the spa bath.
Everything was perfect - apart from the air-conditioning which was set a little high and we couldn't work out to change it.
The breakfast was delicious.
The building itself was a fantastic and historical one. The room was very beautiful.

Ficamos no Hotel (Residence). Localização é perfeita, bem pertinho de tudo, em Brugges você faz tudo a pé. Quarto tudo limpo, tamanho do quarto é bom, pois tínhamos 2 malas grandes e mochilas, cama confortável, voltaria novamente. Toda a comunicação e feita no hotel Palace, porém é bem pertinho um hotel do outro.

Tout! Le cadre est magnifique. Il y a un jardin où on peut se reposer. La bâtisse est historique. Très calme. Le personnel était agréable et avenant. Le petit déjeuner était très bon.
Très peu de choix pour manger à midi dans leur restaurant, mais il y a plusieurs restaurants assez près. La chambre était seulement faite tard dans l'après-midi.
Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
