Pros:

Personnel au top, hôtel très agréable , très bon petit déjeuner et grandes chambres. Piscine agréable sur rooftop

Not a pleasant experience!
Pros:

It was reasonable
Bed was comfortable
There were issues with air conditioning which got resolved

Cons:

Location wasn’t great, fault on our part. We arrived at the hotel late, there was nothing available to eat. Least they could have done is left fruit or some snack for us like our previous hotel had then which was so welcoming.
Restaurant was closed and room service finished at 10??

Luxcity is a great hotel. Its location is a tuk tuk ride away from the riverside restaurants
Pros:

We had a room with a separate lounge which made it a very comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was a bonus during the March heat. The staff are very helpful and helped us with whatever request we had.

Wouldn’t stay again - too far out
Pros:

Good breakfast - although I got food poisoning. But it could have happened anywhere.
Gym was good if you like treadmill and dumbbells. Smith machine was very stiff…..
Late checkout was useful (free)
Free laundry / but you do need to pay for soap
Pool was nice!

Cons:

Breakfast room was small and service was very slow / over 10mins for an omlette
Location - way too far out from everything
Staff not very smiley except one lady at breakfast.
Didn’t know about the airport bus and kept trying to upsell us a taxi

Pros:

As a frequent traveler and top Genius member, I truly appreciate high standards — this hotel fully delivers. Very professional and attentive staff, excellent service level. The rooms are spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable. The restaurant is also very good, with quality food and service. The overall experience feels premium and well managed.

Cons:

Nothing — everything was excellent.
