We were disappointed, used to be a very first class hotel.
Pros:

We"ve always stayed here when we are in Phnom Penh and it continues to be a solid hotel.

Cons:

We ask very little of the staff when we stay there. On our recent stay I requested my $100 deposit be in any USD denomination but not a $100 bill. We left very early for the airport and I knew the large bill would be a problem. It was. So we were disappointed that a request we made the day before could not be completed as promised. I've noticed a decline under Mr. NADIR'S management. The security feature on one of the elevators has been broken on every one of our visits in 2026. Also, the swimming pool has a large glass panel that is cracked and seems like it will stay that way. While the restaurant service staff is a highlight of the hotel, some of the food on the buffet seems to have changed. All and all at this price point we will explore our options on our next visit to Phnom Penh. The night front desk staff couldn't even manage a simple apology. Simply said not his fault, day shift dropped the ball.

Nice and clean hotel
Pros:

Nice big rooms, good service and very good spa.

Cons:

There wasn't enough room in the morning to have a breakfast (I was going to work so I didn't have time to wait 30min). There was only 1 toilet paper in the room and I had to call to have more. Please put always extra paper roll to the toilet (without asking).

Needs to improve its hospitality services
Pros:

I extended my stay for one additional night, and my tour agency had already informed the hotel by email in advance. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not appear to pay attention to the information provided, which caused inconvenience during the check-in process and key card arrangement.

I believe the front office team should communicate more effectively and pay closer attention to guest requests and booking details. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcomed and valued, and in this case, the service did not meet my expectations.

I hope the hotel management will provide additional training to the front desk team to improve customer service, communication, and attention to detail for future guests.

The place to stay for a short or long holiday!
Pros:

Arguably the best hotel in Phnom Penh. I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years. The staff is EXCELLENT! The morning breakfast and room service are nothing short of 5 Star quality! With the Sky bar (Aurora Sky Bar) as an added bonus and roof top pool next to it.... It's hard not to come back. Thank you for the wonderful stay... This time and everytime!

Excellent value, very comfortable and secure.
Pros:

Great value. Comfortable room with new fittings. Excellent bed. Healthy buffet style breakfast. Professional staff. Gym / salon. Clean infinity pool. Rooftop bar. Free laundry facilities. Very secure location.

Pros:

L'un des hôtels les plus abordables de Phnom Penh pour ce type d'établissement. Très bien situé. Vaste balcon. Climatisation correcte. Grande chambre propre. Beaucoup de personnel, très aimables. Piscine et restaurant sur le toit.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu étroite, et il est toujours difficile de trouver du café au lait chaud au Cambodge.
