Fantastic stay; location, room, roof top pool and bar, friendly staff, 10 min walk to the beach.
Pros:

Love the large spacious room, beautiful ocean and greenery view, roof top pool, its vibe with a live performer, beautiful views, friendly staff. Great location, 10 min walk to the beach and the beach boardwalk, really nice walk to get to the beach, beautiful homes, scenery... friendly people. Walking distance to historic touristy area restaurants and bars. I personally love everything about this hotel and its location, it was a great choice for the girls weekend. Also appreciated provided parking at the building, shady spot and just a few feet away from the hotel entrance.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didnt like.

Great location to beach, restaurants, and highways if traveling around

Five Stars Isn’t Enough for Roger!
Pros:

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Roger at the front desk. Around 12:00 AM on a Friday night, I arrived with an injured baby bird that had a severely broken wing, and Roger went above and beyond to help.

Instead of brushing me off, he genuinely cared. He helped me figure out the best way to rescue the bird, found a wildlife rescue hotline for me to call, provided a box to safely transport it, and even gave me gauze to help keep the bird as comfortable as possible. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to help in such an unexpected situation meant more than I can put into words.

Exceptional customer service is rare, but Roger is a shining example of what it looks like. He turned a stressful and heartbreaking situation into one where I felt supported and hopeful. If every hotel had someone like Roger at the front desk, the world would be a better place.

Thank you, Roger, for your incredible compassion and for going the extra mile. You truly made a difference that

The young man at the desk was cleaning his finger nails as we approached the desk. He should clean his finger nails in the bathroom not at the front desk where customers can see him. That made me ill.
