Location, price and staffs

Cons:

Toilet could have been better. It kind of looked old and strained, with better cleaning and maintenance it could be easily improved.
There was a stink to the AC.
I could hear people outside and talking, so the room was not isolated from external noise.
Not sure if the TV was functioning and all the channels were present. I got errors on multiple channels that it was not part of the most package(e.g. national geography)
