I didn’t like that the room did not have a desk where I could properly work on my laptop, even though a desk was listed as part of the room amenities on Booking.com.

No toothpaste and toothbrush you need to ask the receptionist first before you have it. And no delivery driver is allowed to come in for delivery . The fridge is not working..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay with Great Location and Amazing Breakfast
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location, just a short walk from the Doha Metro Al Sadd Station, making it very easy to travel around Doha.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.
I would also like to recognize Liza for her exceptional service. She was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her warm hospitality and attention to guests made my stay even more enjoyable
The staff were excellent throughout my stay—professional, polite, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. The rooms were well maintained, the breakfast was very good, and the room service food exceeded my expectations. When I experienced an issue with cigarette smoke affecting my room, the hotel promptly moved me to a larger room, which I greatly appreciated. Maintenance issues were also attended to quickly whenever reported.
There were some inconsistencies with housekeeping and laundry service. Laundry turnaround times were often longer than expected and sometimes required follow-up. Reaching room service by phone could be difficult, and calls were not always answered promptly. There were also occasional communication challenges at breakfast, requiring requests to be repeated. The toilet area in the bathroom felt somewhat cramped, and cigarette smoke in the corridor on my original floor was an issue until I was moved to another room.
