Excelent place to base your business trip in Shangai
Pros:

The hotel has excellent staff, very attentive.
The room was large, very confortable, including a bathtub ins a movable wall inside the room.

Cons:

I did not like the AC control, which did not allow me to apply the fine control I like.
I explicitly asked for higher floors, and they put me on "high enough", more or less at mid-hotel.

A nice property undermined by a serious front-desk payment handling failure.

The hotel itself is a nice property, and the room and overall facilities were appropriate for a JW Marriott.

Cons:

I booked this room for my parents and contacted the hotel in advance specifically to arrange for my credit card to be charged for the room, while my parents would only handle the security deposit at check-in. I spent approximately US$50 on an international phone call to make these arrangements clear, but the front desk still failed to process my card and charged my parents for the room instead. This was exactly what I had gone out of my way to prevent, and the lack of coordination was extremely disappointing for a JW Marriott property.

Facilities management , please limit unsupervised children in swimming pool or set specific kids free hours. Housekeeping staff mannerism is not discrete but forceful, not 5 star service. Concierge was excellent and charming. A huge problem is the damp inherent to the room, this is appalling.

Отель далеко от всех достопримечательностей , для просмотра Шанхая не советую. Есть лучше и дешевле

Сам отель хороший , номера комфортные , не забываем что это и есть 5 звезд

Cons:

Но вот готовьтесь что с вас снимут сначала почти половину чтоб обеспечить платеж а потом еще больше чем в букинге указана цену почти на 1000 юаней , отель 5 звезд как раз оценивают по обслуживанию которого здесь нет
