Very pleasant stay. Special thanks to the F&B manager Jack who rectified a small unpleasant incident on day one.
Pros:

Top notch customer oriented service. Most appreciative of the concierge service. I can inquire about the delivery of my packages using WeChat and the hotel also offers delivery of the packages to the room twice a day. Half board package is totally worth it. Scrumptious breakfast and dinner!

Cons:

Nothing except that location might not be the best if you want to venture out on foot as there is not much around the hotel. But Didi is cheap and easily available.
