Nice location.
Staff at the front dest are knowledgeable and helpful.
The light in the bathroom automatically turn off while im in the shower. Room service is slow and unpredictable. I was told every other day but they forogt to clean my room. Had to ask them and call and wait.

首先，火车的声音是比较吵的，特别是夜里也会有火车经过，对于睡觉轻的人来说会很不友好。其次，酒店的house keeping做的一般，前两天因为倒时差挂了免打扰，后面就不主动来了，需要特意打招呼才会来做。最后，house keeping小费可以刷二维码支付，但是把服务费也一并charge给客人实在有点不舒服，下次应该不会考虑这家酒店了。
I did not eat at this facility.
Staff should be friendly and helpful and not robotic liked. In particular a staff by the name of -Justice was a repeated robotic staff . He was not helpful and I had to read his lips because he spoke too fast. I had to ask him to slow down. The front stuff needs to be retrained . They have been mismanaged and does not care about guests. The facility was dirty. The room was not ready to receive guests. The hotel has gone down in service. I was there in January 2027 and 8 months later the elevator is still not working.

Love this location, ease of parking and walking around Davis.
Elevator was down, so had to get a room on first floor with window onto patio.
Staff were all very friendly and professional. For the most part, its in a good location, it was an easy walk to a downtown area with food, coffee, and bars. Air conditioning worked.
I was not warned about the train at all. I was in a room closer to the tracks, and the train shook the walls of my room. They at least provided complimentary earplugs. My room smelled like cigarettes. The free wifi is is bottlenecked to about 5mpbs. As of writing this, parts of the lobby are being remodeled, including the elevator which is out of order but I didn't mind using the stairs.

I had to park across the street for free parking.
Room was nicely furnished and comfortable.
The room had a window sill that was not clean. I realized it when I closed the blinds. And the area under the window was filled with leaves and a garbage bag.

Paying for parking, you couldn't use the elevator to go down to the garage with your luggage, the elevator was disgusting, the carpeting in the room was filthy , it was easily the dullest room in a hotel I've ever been in
Great facilities, good breakfast
My wife forgot her electric toothbrush and called the next day. She contacted the staff and was told that the housekeeper toss it to the trash an almost brand new toothbrush. They should ask or try to reach out before doing that.
Good basic room comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked great. The elevator looks like it is on its last year. Old noisy, doesn’t work well.
Convenient location
Paid parking for guests !? Unacceptable for your guests. The bathroom was a hazard-the shower door is barely hanging on and the towel handle fell off the door!
