Pros:

Bar facilities, modern hotel, good gym, room very good, impressed with the six foot bed.

Cons:

Paid well before arrival, told payment not received by hotel who then requested payment. On checking I was able to prove payment made prior to arrival so hotel had to refund second payment. Not a good start!!
Area good for metro but undesirables sleeping rough in the area.

Pros:

Ausstattung war grundsätzlich gut. S-& U-Bahn Nähe zur Station Berliner Tor ist angenehm. Innenstadt in 10min fußläufig erreichbar. Kleines Gym im Haus.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Zimmerreinigung normalerweise erst am dritten Tag - grundsätzlich aber auch öfter möglich. Deshalb bei Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten Reinigung nach 2. Nacht angefragt - hat nicht geklappt. Reinigung selbst dann auch nur okay. Empfehlung der Anreise zur Station Berliner Tor, da Hauptbahnhof & Steindamm starke Brennpunktviertel sind.

Pros:

das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend von allem da, in jeder Hinsicht. Man bekommt einen entsprechenden Platz zugewiesen. Die Lage des Hotels geht in Ordnung. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man hat alle Möglichkeiten um etwas zu essen, schoppen, etc. parken kann man gegen entsprechende Gebühr (sofern noch Parkplätze vorhanden sind) in der Tiefgarage. Man kann bequem mit dem Taxi vor dem Hotel abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht werden. Es gibt ein Restaurant im Hotel und auch Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und das Hotelzimmer war sauber.

Cons:

der Preis ist schon echt knackig. Leider war bis 15 Uhr (obwohl dies garantiert wird) das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Als wir vom Essen kamen, war auch 17 Uhr das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Eine Umbuchung hatte dann stattgefunden und man konnte endlich mit dem Gepäck aufs Zimmer. Immerhin wurde aus Kulanz der Parkpreis in der Tiefgarage dafür erlassen.

В целом не плохой отель. Хорошие завтраки. Был красивый вид из окна на город. Есть сауна, воспользовались. Расположение удобное, близко к центру, но в данном районе встречаешь много бездомных.

Cons:

Немного расстроило, что номере за весь период пребывания (3 дня ) не убирали, постучались только в день выселения. И табличку с просьбой убраться в номере не нашли. У нас закончился крем и кондиционер, рассчитывали что хоть на второй день придут убраться и добавят все необходимое, но не случилось.

Die Angestellten waren nett und das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage war einfach schlecht. Dafür, dass es ein gehobeneres Hotel ist, war der Preis für die Lage einfach viel zu teuer. Frühstück wäre dazubuchbar gewesen, aber für 9 € pro Person einfach zu hoch. Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und vor allem nicht, wenn man Kinder hat.

Unterm Strich soweit gut.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut. Lage gute Anbindung

Cons:

Bei uns gegenüber war das Fitness Center jeder Besucher hat die Tür ins Schloss hörbar fallen lassen .Die Geräusche waren deutlich zu hören. Das hat schon gestört.

alles was in orde behalve, werd gemeld na drie dagen kamer poetsen dit is niet gebeurd ook niet handdoeken, heb dan de klein gebruikt om te douchen. maar voor de rest alles oke, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
