Pros:

I was staying with my kids to show them boats at Hamburg. Location is perfect! Metro station is just around the corner, bringing us fast to the ferries. Supermarket Kaufland for drinks and snacks is also nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was offered two hours earlier at the moment of our arrival without any additional costs as the room was already prepared. Refreshing drinks at the lobby were available everyday. Btw, the iron and ironing board was in room, I didn't expect that :) After check-out we could store our siutcases in the luggage room for some hours before departure. They were properly marked, locked and saved in the system. I was very pleased by our stay at the hotel.

Cons:

Only minor things, such us forgetting to refill free tea sachets and some toiletteries when cleaning the room. But cleaning staff were generous with plenty of fresh towels when replacing the used ones! We actually didn't use all of them.

Für zwei Nächte und nur zum schlafen und frühstücken ist es gut aber schon obere Preisklasse
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück war auch sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Bett war sehr weich, dadurch wenig Schlaf. Leider war das Zimmer nicht so sauber wie man es sich gewünscht hätte, teils Flecken an Schränken und Wänden.

Ein tolles und modernes Hotel. Der nächste Besuch ist schon gebucht...
Pros:

Super mondernes Hotel, Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern, geräumig und ruhig. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgesprochen gut und umfangreich. Der Service und die zuvorkommende Art des Personals sind besonders in Erinnerung geblieben.

Cons:

Die nähere Umgebung des Hotels war nicht so gut, insbesondere durch viele Bustellen.

Nicht wieder.
Cons:

Im Zimmer lagen bereits benutzte Handtücher rum und auch das Bett war bei Ankunft nicht frisch bezogen. Am Empfang angesprochen, leider ist nichts passiert.

Me gustó la habitación pero, no había calefacción y en la habitación de al lado daban golpes desde las 9 de la mañana durante toda la estancia.

Ellos me dijeron que no era problema del hotel y que eran de las obras de la calle, pero no.

La limpieza regulera y la tienes que pedir.
