Unfreundlicher Empfang, schlechter Service

Zentral gelegen, nicht weit vom Bahnhof

Cons:

Ich hatte das Zimmer für einen Freund gebucht, der in Hamburg zu Gast war. An der Rezeption kam ich mir ein bisschen wie ein Verbrecher vor. Was ist falsch daran, ein Zimmer für jemanden zu buchen?? Lag es daran, dass wir zwei Männer sind? Oder das mein Freund Syrer ist? Die Dame an der Rezeption betrachtete unsere Ausweise sehr skeptisch und wirkte sehr distanziert.

Das Zimmer wurde drei Tage lang nicht gereinigt, Handtücher nicht gewechselt, obwohl ich beim einchecken darum gebeten hatte. Es gab kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, keine Minibar, keinen Kaffee oder Tee…

Die weiteren Services des Hotels, wie die Sauna und das Gym wurden nicht erwähnt und auch auf die Frühstückszeiten wurde nicht hingewiesen.

Das alles ist einem Hotel dieser Klasse nicht entsprechend.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Wir haben im Voraus gezahlt, beim CheckIn wollte man noch die Kreditkarte für die Kaution. Letztendlich wurde die Jarte nochmal mit dem kompletten Betrag + Parkgebühr belastet. Info an das Hotel, dass Betrag auf Konto überwiesen werden soll, da die Kreditkartenabrechnung bereits durch war. Das Hotel hat es an Booking weitergegeben, die es natürlich auf die Kreditkarte zurück erstattet haben. Keine Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels und wir können jetzt einen Monat auf das Geld warten…

Tolles Hotel mit freundlichen und zugewandten Personal und tolles Frühstücksbuffett.
Cons:

Wir hätten lieber 2 Bettdecken statt einer im Doppelbett gehabt. Leider erst beim ins Bettgehen um Mitternacht entdeckt, sonst hätten wir beim Personal um eine zweite Decke gebeten.

Ok. Nettes Personal. Gutes Fruehstueck. Zu teuer für den Zustand des Bades.

Cons:

Das Bad war in einem nicht so guten Zustand. Wir haben eine Zimmerreinigung bestellt, die nicht ausgeführt wurde.

Verbesserungswürd, aber gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Hotel ist sehr sauber.
Manche Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der TV in Zimmer funktionierte nicht, ein Entgegenkommen war schwer zu erreichen. Speziell ein Mitarbeiter ist hier negativ aufgefallen.
