Gutes Hotel für Hamburg Zentrum
Pros:

Frühstück war hervorragend. Der Service war sehr gut. Das Parken in der Hoteltiefgarage war sehr angenehm und sehr benutzerfreundlich.

Cons:

Die Bestuhlung im Frühstücksraum war stark abgenutzt und sollte dringend erneuert werden.

Overall a very good stay
Pros:

I couldn’t fault the actual hotel at all - the room was clean, spacious and modern. The facilities were excellent (gym and health centre). The staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on the food.

Cons:

I was surprised that nobody else had mentioned the location in previous reviews - the hotel is about a 20-30 minute walk into central Hamburg which isn’t an issue however you have to pass through an area on the walk which seems to be a hotspot for homeless people and drug addicts. We did this walk multiple times throughout our stay and none of them bothered us however it’s not nice to see, and if I was a solo female traveller I would feel very uncomfortable doing that walk, even during the day. We didn’t do the walk in the dark so I couldn’t comment on how it is at night.

Cons:

The area around the hotel did not feel safe or welcoming. There were groups of people drinking alcohol and using drugs openly on the sidewalks. They were shouting at each other late into the evening, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood, especially after dark. This significantly affected our overall impression of the stay.

Sehr angenehm, viel Freundlichkeit
Pros:

Der freundliche Empfang.
Sehr beeindruckend waren die fleißige Mitarbeiterin aus Thailand und der ebenso engagierte Mitarbeiter aus den Philippinen. Sie zauberten ein köstliches Frühstück mit viel frischem Obst.

Cons:

Leider war ich nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel!

Comfy bed, good shower

Cons:

Location bad, no refrigerator in the room although was in the room description, poor tv channels, ice machine not functioning properly, house keeping only if u ask for it and before 12 o’clock.

Für den Preis enttäuschend.
Pros:

Klimaanlage war bei diesen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. In der Umgebung konnte man gut und unkompliziert abends noch Essen gehen.

Cons:

Personal hat in Sachen Freundlichkeit noch Luft nach oben. Die angekündigte Wasserbar im Foyer hatte erst keine sauberen Gläser, später waren die Gläser da, aber das Wasser abgeräumt und am nächsten Tag war sie ganz verschwunden; und das bei Außentemperaturen von 42 Grad! Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, nicht einmal kostenpflichtig. Getränke konnte man sich wie in einer Jugendherberge im Foyer kaufen. Schuhanzieher, Nähzeug und andere kleine Serviceleistungen musste man extra an der Rezeption bestellen.
Die Tür zum Bad ließ sich weder richtig öffnen (sie hakte sich im Fußboden fest), noch richtig schließen.
Der Fahrstuhl war die ganze Nacht im Zimmer zu hören, obwohl wir extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten hatten.
Abreise war bis 12 Uhr möglich und um 10 Uhr stand die Reinigungskraft in unserem Zimmer.

Guter Standard, alles sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Besonders gut fand ich das vegane Angebot! Viele Aufstriche und auch mehrere vegane Käse/Wurst.

Cons:

Das Bad hate eine Milchglastür, einen Teil Milchglaswand. Die Tür hatte eine große Spalte. Wer möchte dem anderen -egal in welcher Beziehung- in seinem Badezimmeraufenthalt zuhören oder gehört werden?
