Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück musste man anstehen und länger warten, bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Es wäre gut, wenn sie Frühstückszeiten einführen würden. Das Frühstück an sich, war sehr lecker und vielseitig. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, jedoch gibt es am Wochenende nur Menüs mit wenig Auswahl an Gerichten, das ist sehr schade.

My wife and I did not get value for the money spent.
Pros:

The lady on duty at the front office during check-in was not a material for an hotel's front office. She was rude and very unfriendly.

Cons:

The room-cleaning staff are not professional. There was a particular black lady assigned to clean my room three days or so before my departure that turned some of our personal items upside down. She flung the cases on top of the bedside and left the pillow cases on the bed. My wife and I came to meet the room badly done.

Insgesamt sehr gut - jederzeit wieder!!!
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Hbf, trotzdem ruhig. Lag direkt an der Radstrecke des Ironman (unser Besuchsgrund). Super Betten!!!!!

Cons:

Die Tür zu Bad/WC konnte nicht geschlossen werden (verzogen?)

Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut.
Nach der hoteleigenen Klassifizierung (sehr gutes Frühstück!) habe ich allerdings noch mehr Vielfalt erwartet.
Gute U-Bahn- Anbindung.Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt
