Lovely, comvemient
Pros:

Apartments are great - spacious , light and airy, with very comfortable seating. We really like these apartments. Distance from Broadbeach central is a nice walk.

Spacious apartment in fantastic location
Pros:

A fantastic apartment in a great location. We were in apartment 41 on the 9th floor looking straight out to the ocean. The room was a great size with a big, comfy couch. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern and clean. The kids enjoyed the pools and spa, it was great that one of the pools was heated so could still be used, even though the weather wasn't particularly hot. The location of this apartment was excellent, we really enjoyed our meals at the bowling club just across the road and it was an easy walk to the tram to get into Surfers. The boardwalk being straight out the front of the hotel was a bonus, as was the proximity to the beach. The kids enjoyed riding the ebikes down the boardwalk. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we left something in our apartment on checkout and they helped us to get it to the airport. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend Oceana as a great place to stay on the Gold Coast.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like, we did have to buy some extra provisions such as washing powder, shower gel and toilet paper to get through our 10 day stay but we were aware of this so it wasn't a problem.

fantastic view and great location, nice and spacious unit overlooking the pool and out to sea.

Gorgeous views you'll never want to leave.
Pros:

The location was wonderful, gorgeous views from every room and very spacious. We didn't want to leave.

Cons:

When traveling as a family you really need more basics such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish washing powder, laundry power etc. There is a starter pack but you need to buy everything in the first 24 to 48 hours but even the smallest sizes last far beyond a week so I've left oil, salt, tin foil, dishwasher powder for I hope the next person. If everyone replaces or adds to those kind of basics it would make it easier for others.

We hope to be back for GC 2026 and stay in the same complex!
Pros:

Location is perfect and truly a great outlook given no apartments are in front of this complex. Went up for the GC Marathon, so access to both expo and start/finish was great - main street and shops are a short walk with great Bowls Club across the road. This is more Broadbeach North so quieter yet close enough to Broachbeach for meals, shopping etc. Bed in master bedroom was super comfy. Grounds are beautiful and Jo at reception is super :-)

Cons:

Nothing significant but if really picky, I'd say that while the apartment was really clean it could use a refresh, though kitchen appears to be a later addition. A block out option in the main bedroom would be nice as the room brightens up very early and does get warm-ish even though it was July - so would be hotter sooner in summer; It's adequately equipped for a short - term stay but perhaps a water jug to keep in the fridge (if there was one, we couldn't find it?) and perhaps some really basic stuff like salt, pepper shakers.

Location is amazing, right on the beach and close enough to everything yet felt like you weren't right in the busy centre of Broadbeach.
Hotels amenities were kept exceptionally clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Our 2 bedroom ocean front room was much larger than your normal hotel rooms.

Cons:

The only thing i would change would be the bed. The mattress needs replacing. Still comfortable enough but has seen better days and needs replacement.
