Positive experience
Pros:

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and nice shower. Soaps and shampoos were lovely and a variety of tea and coffee available in the room. We found a great Creole restaurant for dinner nearby. Nice gym and pool we would have used if we'd been there longer.

Cons:

There were minimal gluten free options for me with the buffet breakfast and staff were slow to organize them for me. That said, my husband enjoyed it very much!

Pros:

Nicely presented overall, pool area was lovely and quiet in the morning with a great view. I liked that there were actually hotel robes and they had the little hotel hot chocolate sachets. Having room service was also a welcomed luxury that isnt as common at hotels anymore i feel. The rain shower was lovely in the room.

Cons:

The room was a little small even for being a studio and could feel a little claustrophobic but wasnt too bad. The bathroom sliding door was too heavy and someone older with arthritis would struggle to move it. The room was clean but the overall hotel could have looked cleaner, like windows and elevator buttons

Cons:

Me sorprendió mucho que no dispusieran de leche caliente. Al solicitar que la calentaran, se negaron rotundamente, indicando que debía pagar un suplemento por ello. Me parece inaceptable para un servicio de buffet, especialmente considerando que las tarifas del hotel eran sumamente elevadas debido a la celebración de la Rugby League, que lo entiendo.

The staff were nice, the room was clean and the food from the restaurant was good.

Food arrived at the room hot and delicious

Cons:

Having to go downstairs to get a menu because we do not know how to use the electronic process you have in the rooms. You forget that elderly people are not proficient users of such technology. Also no booklet in the room letting you know the numbers to call for room service, front desk etc.
The constant issues with getting in and out of the car park were a nightmare. You need to look at a netter system than a piece of paper with a bar code that does not work.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, freundlicher Service-egal ob Rezeption, Bar oder Frühstück. Bei Fragen, wurde immer sofort nach Lösungen gesucht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück in der Auswahl, war jeden Tag das gleiche- selbst bei Continental, kann man etwas Abwechslung rein bringen. Das ist der einzige Nachteil dort
