Average stay. Not the best stay I’ve had in a hotel. Tired hotel
Cons:

The scrambled eggs for breakfast were awful. The rest of the food was satisfactory (passable not amazing).
The rooms were tired, particularly the bathroom. Not what I expected for the price we paid. Will likely stay elsewhere next time

Great Location
Pros:

The staff are amazing & so helpful.
The food and drinks were good and well priced.
The hotel is in such a good location, only a 10 minute walk into the city. There is even a free loop bus (no 30) that stops just outside the hotel as well.
Our room was large and on the top floor and we had an amazing view of the river & city.
I would have given the hotel 5* but unfortunately there was a desk & bedside cabinets but none of them had any drawers in them so there wasn't enough storage, we only had 4 coat hangers for a 4 day visit. There was also no mirror in the room.
So probably more 4.5* than 4*.
