Cons:

Bed was too soft and sagging in the middle. Felt every movement.
Hot water in shower took ages to heat up, like I could brush my teeth and make a cup of tea before it was warm.

Just fabulous and we’ll stay there again when next in Hobart!!
Pros:

Everything was fabulous, location, staff,exceptional service, cleanliness of room and facilities, the Tasmania Restaurant, and the ambience and vibe of the whole place. We visited during the Festival of Voices and they had local choirs entertaining us in the foyer.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about this wonderful hotel.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved our harbour view room.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, especially for the price as we ordered the full buffet. The eggs were overly mushy and the bacon tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. On the positive side the mushrooms were nice. For the price coffee (flat white) should have been included, not an additional charge. Overall it was very over priced and a shame because everything else throughout our stay was fantastic.

The hotel location is perfect for CBD access, Salamanca Market and freeways

Cons:

The view from our room was of the RHH - this entertain the kids, given the number of ambulances and the air ambulance that frequented the site during our stay - ideally the harbour would have been more fitting

My sister in- law stayed at the hotel with her son at the same time and their room size for 2ppl far exceeded the camped nature of our room for a family with young children - this was disappointing
