Cons:

The pelmits and dining charis were a dust stained or chipped and mold was embedded inthe grout on the bath wall. Just from constant use but needs to be looked at.

Great for value
Pros:

Great little apartment, plenty of space for 2 people. It was so cosy and well put together. We had everything we needed
