Fabulous location with a lovely walk to the Adelaide Zoo and river. Easy access to Restaurants and City for shopping etc
Pros:

Clean, quiet and extremely comfortable either way secure underground car park.
Next door to Hotel (same name) for breakfast and dinner or relaxing drinks outside.

Aside from missing out on breakfast, we had a really lovely stay. We loved the generous sized rooms for the two bedroom
Pros:

Big, spacious rooms. Lovely location and gardens. Underground parking was convenient.

Cons:

There was a card left in the apartment for the option to order breakfast provisions for the next day and stated to have the order in by 7pm. I took the card down at 6:40pm only to be told the cut off time was 5pm because it was the weekend. They should have different cards with correct times for weekdays and weekends.

Terrible wifi and mobile coverage makes this place very difficult to stay at. Also has a poorly equiped kitchen.
Pros:

The location is good and the appartments are comfortable, but all of this is let down by terrible, intermittent wifi.

Cons:

The wifi does not allow or maintain consistent connection, and when it does it is very slow. It is not configured correctly and the staff do not take ownership of the problem. Combined with terrible mobile coverage this is a fundamental problem. Also the kitchens have the barest minimum of settings and equipment.

Cold and bleak with broken lights and doors
Cons:

Internet did not work
Light in kitchen was flickering the whole time
Floor lamp would not turn off so kept the apartment light all night
Inadequate bedding - was freezing but could not keep the door open for air conditioning unit to reach the room as the lamp light would not turn off. I slept in my coat
Front door so warped it was difficult opening the four particularly from the inside. At one point I had to call my friend to come back and push it in so I could get out

Great location but parking is very difficult to access.
Pros:

Easy check in process and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Car parking was very difficult even though I had reserved and paid for parking. Access to the carparks is really only suitable for very small cars or if you are lucky enough to be the first car in and have choice of carparks. It literally only has about half of the parking spaces accessible as the concrete pillars take up just about every second carpark nearly making it impossible to park.
