Séjour décevant, pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

Cons:

L'ambiance était froide et peu chaleureuse. À l'arrivée, personne ne nous a accompagnés jusqu'à la chambre : on nous a seulement expliqué le chemin. Au petit-déjeuner, le choix était limité et il n'y avait aucune étiquette sur les produits, impossible de savoir si la charcuterie était du porc ou du poulet. Quand on s'adressait au personnel, on avait souvent l'impression de déranger (pas tous, mais la majorité). Pas d'espace prévu pour les fumeurs : il fallait sortir de l'hôtel. Pour un 4 étoiles, je m'attendais à mieux.

Wellness-Hotel mit fantastischer Bergkulisse
Pros:

Das Personal im Restaurant war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Speziell erwähnen möchten wir Herr Müller! Wir haben nicht nur das Frühstück, sondern auch das Abendessen im Hotel eingenommen. Das Essen war sehr fein. Obwohl kein vegetarisches Menü zur Auswahl stand, hat der Koch ein wunderbares Menü kreiert.

Cons:

Wir haben eine Massage gebucht. Uns unserer Erfahrung, war die Leistung eher schlecht. Die Masseurin hatte keine Konzept und hat erst nach dem Hände reinigen erklärt, dass die Massage beendet war.
Das Hotel hat Renovationsbedarf. Das Personal macht dies mit ihrer Professionalität wett.

Das Schwimmbad was sehr schön

Cons:

Diverse Eierspeisen zum Frühstück mussten separat bezahlt werden, das finde ich total daneben . Da der Zimmerpreis nicht billig ist, schade. Auch für den Parkplatz mussten wir noch 8 Fr pro Tag zahlen
